Cable came off the door and wouldnt close. I needed someone right away. The tech came when they were supposed to. Was knowlegdable and nice. Be prepared to pay more than expected. They charge a flat rate. So just to put the cable back on, lubricate the door and adjust the lock it was $400. I recommend you shop around for a cheaper price. Definitely feel like i overpaid.

The PGD technician arrived early, diagnosed our problem, offered several solutions and gave us estimates for each solution. Then I asked what he would do in our situation. We went with that recommend solution. To my surprise he had the parts we needed in his truck. Our garage door opener is about 30 years old but he had the parts. Thirty minutes later the parts were installed, the door was tested a number of times and the job was completed. This was an excellent experience.

Andrey came and did an awesome job on repairing my garage door. He showed me all the old parts versus the new parts he was replacing. He pointed out where the problem was with the old parts. There were three areas on my garage door that had gone bad. The last time I had anything done was in 2017 when I had a brand new door put in, but the door was fine, but the roller, springs, and brackets had worn down gone bad but the parts they put in now are much better than the old parts.
