Brandon, the technician, is, by his own admission, "too pretty to be on one of your tv ads", but my goodness is he good at what he does. First, he arrived promptly - and sent a text alerting me to his arrival time. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained what happened to my 26 year old opener and what my options were. He then quickly and efficiently executed the work and cleaned up very nicely. 5 stars.

Brandon Taylor serviced our garage door today, 5/29/25. It was very noisy due to our lack of lubricating the door. Brandon was friendly, professional and explained 3 options that we could do to correct our issue. He was thorough and was very pleasant to work with and we will definitely request him again, but hopefully we are good to go! Brandon showed up the parts he was replacing and then taught me how to lubricate the door every 6 months. I could tell that Brandon does not consider this a job, but a calling.

Precision was easy to get ahold of, the person on the phone was very helpful in scheduling a service of my garage door for the same day. Brandon was at my house within 2 hours. He was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable in servicing my door issue. He offered me several options at varying prices and was not pushy. Brandon repaired the door efficiently and suggested ideas for future door service if needed. The door works great.

We couldn’t open our garage door this morning. I immediately went online to find a service and Precision was the first one I noticed because the website was very professional and easy for me to schedule an appointment, which was I was the same day! Brian gave me several options in repairing my garage door and explained thoroughly what work was entailed. We are very happy with the same day response time. Brandon fixed the steel cables that come off the wheels that transfer the energy from the springs to move the garage door up and down. As a preventative measure replaced the track wheels. The garage door working normally.

The problem I called about was related to miss aligned sensors. However the tech noticed a major issue that required a brace and a worn belt that was about to fail. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his pointing out the other 2 issues. He was also efficient in the way he performed the repairs.

We had a bracket break and called Precision (honestly thanks to your commercials). Brandon was able to come out within an hour of me calling and was FANTASTIC! We have a larger-than-normal 2 car HEAVY custom garage door, and Brandon performed a full inspection, finding and pointing out other brackets that had already cracks in them and how our rollers were dragging in the tracks. Apparently, we should have been performing maintenance twice yearly, but we didn't know. Brandon is VERY passionate about his work and it shows. Next time we need anything for our garage door we'll call Precision and specifically ask for Brandon. Thanks!!!

He also took the time to show me how to lube hinges and springs as part of regular homeowner maintenance.
