My garage door broke around 8:30am. Called Precision and two techs were at my house by 11. They evaluated the situation and gave me a few repair options from fixed to like brand new again. They started working and it was ready yo go in about an hour and it works better than before it broke..The guys were straightforward and efficient. Really appreciate them.

Same day appointment in Folsom, CA. Technician Nick was super efficient, professional and kind. The job was done shortly after my call and I am so pleased with the response time, estimate and quality of repair which was expeditiously performed. Couldn't be happier. i was taken financial advantage of ! technician replaced 2 sensors $435.00 technician quoted $2,100 for new unit just bought Costco’s new garage opener for $214.00 has battery backup, 1 1/4hp belt drive, camera and video key pad for the phone. i don’t mind paying for quality service but this was just wrong! going to have another company install new unit….what a waste !
