Thanks for installing my new garage door opener. This was not a simple remove and replacement. My old Lift Master was a few inches shorter than the new one. Getting the support brackets to line up was no easy task. Ron did an excellent job of problem solving to make it work. Ron worked non-stop until the job was done. Same day appointment in Folsom, CA. Technician Nick was super efficient, professional and kind. The job was done shortly after my call and I am so pleased with the response time, estimate and quality of repair which was expeditiously performed. Couldn't be happier. I was given 3 options for the work and opted for the 3rd option because my garage door is very old and I have been lucky it lasted as long as it has without needing more repairs. They also take credit cards which I considered a plus.

i was taken financial advantage of ! technician replaced 2 sensors $435.00 technician quoted $2,100 for new unit just bought Costco’s new garage opener for $214.00 has battery backup, 1 1/4hp belt drive, camera and video key pad for the phone. i don’t mind paying for quality service but this was just wrong! going to have another company install new unit….what a waste !

My Dad has seen their ads on TV and felt they were reputable. We did some basic review checking, and all the results were positive. We called on a Sunday! They had a live person answering the call, and we had an appointment the following day. The technician, Nicholas Schwinger, called first thing and arrived on time (actually early, impressive). He was knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to our concerns, and after checking the system, he made his recommendations. He walked us through his suggestions, making sure we understood what he was saying and why it was important. Within two hours, we had a new motor, new wheels, and basically everything new (our system was 15 years old). Nicholas's work exceeded our expectations. We felt we were in good hands and appreciated the quality of work and products used.
