On Feb 4th, 2026 I had my liftmaster wall mounted garage door opener upgraded The installer noted the shaft bearings needed replacement and I agreed they were rather loose In addition, the wheels that guided garage door were worn out needed to be replaced. I requested the torsion springs be replaced All the aforementioned were offered as "options" but made sense to address them In addition all the hand held remotes and even my new 2025 Toyota Corolla rearview mirror Remote garage door opener were configured for me at no additional charge I figured at this time installer probably should just move in LOL Results of the new installation was a super quiet door on rollers and easy to lift using the emergency pull down chain. I would have to give "kudos" to liftmaster for their MYQ Model 98022 garage door opener, it was the latest version.

The screws of the hinge securing the garage door to the upper railing had come off, not allowing proper functioning of the door. I had dealt with a previous company on 2 other occasions who must have missed that there was only 1 screw where there should have been 4 screws. Andrey Brodskiy was very prompt in coming and replacing the screws. My only complaint was $120 for adding 3 screws and was expecting it to cost around $70 which would have been steep but reasonable. He was professional and offered a prompt service.

Unfortunately, I paid over $1,500 for a 2 hour job !!! I was NOT told that I could render a cheaper price until AFTER I received their invoice via Email which showed different tiers for warranty !!! I don’t think I will EVER use their service in the future, nor will I ever recommend them for ANYTHING !!! I was satisfied with actual service, but NOT with the silent treatment about the expensive springs - $300 each !! Initially, the tech offered a one year warranty for his service, which I denied. I didn’t know he was going to soak me for an extra $500 for my requested 3 year warranty !!! I don’t like being given a “silent treatment” nor “bait & switch”.

Called this morning, and they scheduled me with a 4-hour window within 1.5 hours of my call. Emailed me the technician and their photo so i could confirm upon arrival. Very pleasant and polite technician. Only downside was the cost, but i guess if you have the expertise to fix what i broke.....it is worth it! I would recommend them any time.
