We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Precision Garage Door Service for the outstanding service we received today. Yesterday, I called two different garage door companies. One was the company that originally installed our garage door, and the other was Precision Garage Door Service. With just one phone call, Precision had our appointment scheduled for the very next day. The other company simply told me someone would call me back, and as of today, we still haven't heard from them. Right from the start, Precision impressed us with their prompt and professional customer service. We especially want to recognize our technician, Mitchell Conner. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. We explained that our main concern was replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of our garage door because it had been chewed by mice. Mitchell listened carefully, answered every question we had, and even brought out the replacement rubber from his truck so my husband could see exactly what would be installed. What really stood out was that Mitchell didn't just complete the job we requested—he went above and beyond. He performed a full inspection of our entire garage door system to make sure everything was operating safely and properly. During the inspection, he discovered that the springs needed to be replaced because it was actually older than the garage door itself. He took the time to explain everything in detail, including why replacing the spring was important for our safety and the overall performance of the door. At no point did we feel pressured. Instead, his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism gave us complete confidence in his recommendations. Mitchell also lubricated all the moving parts of the garage door to ensure everything operated smoothly and quietly. He even wiped everything down afterward, paying attention to every detail and leaving the area clean. It's those little things that truly show someone takes pride in their work. Although we were initially undecided about what repairs to move forward with, Mitchell's expertise and the way he explained everything made our decision easy. We didn't feel the need to wait for another opinion because it was clear he knew exactly what he was doing and genuinely cared about providing the best solution. We also want to acknowledge how hard these technicians work, especially in the extreme heat. Despite the hot weather, Mitchell never rushed the job. He remained positive, patient, and focused on providing excellent service from beginning to end. We couldn't be happier with the experience we had today. Mitchell truly went above and beyond, and because of him, we will absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to our family, friends, and anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality garage door service. Our garage door spring broke in half. I called Precision on Saturday, July 25th to set up an appointment for the day I chose which was today, July 27th. Elias Bernard the technician arrived earlier than expected, and he kept me informed about his arrival time. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Before we discussed the the broken spring issue, we chatted about my cat, his cat, toddler son and dog. Elias was also professsional, detailed, organized and efficient. He gave my husband and l repair options, and without any pressure, he allowed us to choose the option that was best for us. He had the job done in less than an hour. Once the job was complete, Elias had me operate the door to make sure it operated properly. He gave me his business card. It had his cell # and an email address on it. He suggested that we can contact him or Precision if there are any issues or if we have any questions. I would highly recommend Precision and also Elias - he ROCKS!!!

The below was posted 7/8/26 and I deleted out of courtesy and not at business request. We are at a loss here. We initially booked a service for an old door, and the service rep came out and fixed the issue. 10/10 However, we asked to be quoted an insulated replacement door and equipment as the door is probably older than I am (gaps at the top and bottom, sits wonky, corroded). Get quote and approved the work. Then... nothing. no calls, no emails... nothing. I saw on the approved quote that it could take several weeks, but it also required a deposit. After six weeks of no follow up I reached out on their live chat for help. I was told I would receive a call and apologized for the wait. Cool beans, put off by this but sure, stuff happens. 6/10 Three weeks later (or thereabouts, honestly, I quit keeping track). Still no contact. I'd like to think I'm fairly easygoing but apparently Precision is not interested in money. Or maybe living out in Pleasant Valley is not worth their time and effort? Unsure as I've been left on read. .02/10 The whole thing is odd because they came highly recommended. I guess I'll take the hint and shop elsewhere for the time being... For the company's reference, Estimate 339408338 Job 338608484 I'd love to know what we did wrong, but we don't expect anything at this point. Initial review one out of five stars. Update 7/9/26- Apparently the google review above did the trick. The rep contacted us and apologized for the delays and set up an installation date of 7/15/26. I took down my review pending installation. 5/10 Update 7/15/26 Date of installation They had some trouble locating the property despite having been there before. I had to coordinate between two separate texting lines. Better to confirm than to show up at the wrong place I suppose. Arrival time 9:57am, we provided gate code access but still needed to call to get access. Arrived just before appointment window 10am-12pm, …enthusiastic rate of speed up our driveway. We were given an estimate of 2-3 hours for installation. Installation completed in estimated timeframe. Installer was very nice and hauled away all old door pieces, motor and railings. Door works as expected and looks much better than before. Installation 9/10 I took the weekend to decide how I wanted to rate my experience and I believe, in totality, the below is accurate for my experience. Yours, may and probably will, vary. Totality of experience Customer service- 6/10 Quality of product- 10/10 The process- 5/10 Value- 7/10 Communication- 3/10 Composite rating- 6.2/10
