I called Precision Garage Door to help with a broken torsion spring. The technicians that came, Antonio and Ron, gave me a call to let me know they were coming, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Antonio was incredibly knowledgeable on my existing setup as soon as he looked at it. He was able to clearly explain to me what issue I was having, what the cause likely was, and what the process to repair would look like. Both he and Ron were very kind and respectful to me and my home, and they showed that they really cared about making sure that me and my family had a functional, and safe, garage door system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and value of the service they provided. 10/10 will use Precision for all of my garage door needs.

My garage door broke around 8:30am. Called Precision and two techs were at my house by 11. They evaluated the situation and gave me a few repair options from fixed to like brand new again. They started working and it was ready yo go in about an hour and it works better than before it broke..The guys were straightforward and efficient. Really appreciate them.

Quick service for emergency call. They were able do get garage door on track. I did need a new door but there quote for the same exact door was $1,100 more compared to another company.

The tech came out and switched out bearings however, didn't show me the old rollers replaced. Tech wanted to sell me a new unit stating Genie needed replacing. I hired for a tune up per their commercial, 69.00 Of course I declined to purchase new unit. So Ace garage door tech came out to inspect garage door opener and stated nothing wrong with unit and showed me where the railing was tweaked, out of alignment! Now didn't I just hire precision garage door repair tech singh came? Don't trust this company!!

Technician called ahead, was on time and friendly. He was able to fix the problem same day and left no mess behind. Made sure I was clear on the problem and what the fix was. Very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I needed a new spring installed. The emergency release was no longer functional. My sensor also needed a little TLC.

UPDATE: I got a quote from a different company and it was one fourth of the quote price from Precision. Please don't use them. We used this company to replace the rollers and cables in our garage door and we were quoted and paid $2k. The tech was great and we had no issues with the door. We later damaged our garage door and it needed to be replaced. They quoted us $3.5k which included the rollers and cables. When I asked them to keep the rollers and cables and just replace the rest, they said ok and gave me $250 discount which means that their 30 minute labor was worth $1750? They also charged us $2k to replace the motor of the garage door in our rental and never told us that we have the option to buy a motor ourselves and they would only charge us labor which would saves us $1k. I will not be using them moving forward.
