Moses showed up right on time and got to work taking out the old contraption. Soon after Dale arrived with all the new panels and parts. We had a slight hiccup with one of the panels being the wrong size however, Dale Van drove to Fremont and back in a heartbeat. It was easy to make an appointment, and the tech showed up as scheduled. I was NOT happy how they bundled the cost of parts and service so you can't see what you spent on parts and installation. Even when I called for a breakdown, they would not explain this. This is a marketing technique to obfuscate pricing. The consumer gets fatigue trying to compare actual costs, and because other businesses do it too, you give in (which they calculate you will do). I am happy with the new door opener, but if you want to know what you paid for, you may need to find a business that has more transparency. Service was good, but due to pricing opacity, I can only give them two stars. Do your homework, since it's not a purchase you make very often.

Garage door was ordered in September with a "will be done in 3 days" guarantee. 2 Months (!) later, door arrived and when installer brought it, it was the wrong size; new door had to be ordered. New door was available 5 days before Christmas but then I wasn't available for a month. Door installed: weather stripping was: wrong color and installed half over a lock creating a moisture trap (wood rot guaranteed), and in 24 hours it was bubbling. New technician had to come "fix" it. 1 week later new door made horrendous noise (worse than the 60 year old door), new technician had to come. New technician "fixed" it but then also noticed the weather stripping. Offered to fix that within 2 weeks. ONE MONTH LATER: STILL NOT DONE. THIS IS NOW A 6 MONTH PROJECT FOR A GARAGE DOOR INSTALLATION. Decide carefully if this is the company to do your door.
