My garage door wasn't working and I couldn't fix it so I found Garage Door Precision Service online. They gave me a 4 hour window for later in the day to have someone come out. When the young man arrived he was very nice. He told me what the problem was and that he was going to give it a great solution changing out all of the rollars. We talked the entire time that he was working. He was very professional but also very personable. I am very pleased with the work that he did. If anyone needs a repair, this is the company to call. I know that will be my go to if I ever need help again.

My garage door broke on a Sunday the guy that came out right away was already trying to upsell me thing I didn’t need. I told him I just need the spring fixed so he gave me a price so I agreed . After waking in and out and back to his truck 5 times he says he doesn’t have the right spring? He had already removed the broken one so again he tried to sell us other springs that were more expensive. We said no thanks so he left and he didn’t put the other spring back and didn’t leave until we paid him the $69.95 fee for coming out and leaving our garage unfinished I will never recommend this company to no one the next guy that came fixed it in 15 for a set price and didn’t try to upsell us stuff we didn’t need bad experience with this company be careful

Technician was prompt and courteous and got right to the diagnostic assessment and presented me with repair and replace estimates. I admit I had a moment of sticker shock with the amount of the estimate but I got over it and affirmed the cost and he was diligent and efficient as he proceeded to fix my broken spring and pulley cables

They were professional, same day service and Patrick did a fantastic job! Clearly explained the issue, options, didn’t try to upsell and explained everything afterward! I would highly recommend . We replaced a few things, option only gives one option, however, it works fantastic now and is good to go!

Unfortunately, I paid over $1,500 for a 2 hour job !!! I was NOT told that I could render a cheaper price until AFTER I received their invoice via Email which showed different tiers for warranty !!! I don’t think I will EVER use their service in the future, nor will I ever recommend them for ANYTHING !!! I was satisfied with actual service, but NOT with the silent treatment about the expensive springs - $300 each !! Initially, the tech offered a one year warranty for his service, which I denied. I didn’t know he was going to soak me for an extra $500 for my requested 3 year warranty !!! I don’t like being given a “silent treatment” nor “bait & switch”.

I can't say the repair was inexpensive although I have no other estimates to compare to. But I will say that John, the service technician actually called me and arrived early. Such a wonderful experience working with Precision. Everything was so professional from the first "emergency" call to the after-hours operator to updates from the technician, Antonio, about his estimated time of arrival, the cost estimate, and of course, the quality work! Everything was professional, well-explained, and well done. I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to come fix the door, which was completely non-functional, and how fast he diagnosed and 100% solved the problem. I highly recommend Antonio and the Precision team! Amazing work!
