They were professional, same day service and Patrick did a fantastic job! Clearly explained the issue, options, didn’t try to upsell and explained everything afterward! I would highly recommend . We replaced a few things, option only gives one option, however, it works fantastic now and is good to go!

Unfortunately, I paid over $1,500 for a 2 hour job !!! I was NOT told that I could render a cheaper price until AFTER I received their invoice via Email which showed different tiers for warranty !!! I don’t think I will EVER use their service in the future, nor will I ever recommend them for ANYTHING !!! I was satisfied with actual service, but NOT with the silent treatment about the expensive springs - $300 each !! Initially, the tech offered a one year warranty for his service, which I denied. I didn’t know he was going to soak me for an extra $500 for my requested 3 year warranty !!! I don’t like being given a “silent treatment” nor “bait & switch”.

I can't say the repair was inexpensive although I have no other estimates to compare to. But I will say that John, the service technician actually called me and arrived early. He was very professional and very friendly and completed the repair quickly. My garage door works great and much more quietly. Thank you.

Our service tech Andre arrived early and finished the dual spring/cable/pulley installation in less time estimated. He even took the time to add an extra screw to a roller bracket and show me how to change out the door rollers myself. Consummate professional from start to finish...Highly recommended!

Ryan did a great job installing our replacement garage door opener! The service was also great. Called on Sat. around 1:00 p.m. and he came out that afternoon, checked out the problem, said the opener was toast, gave me the prices for a new opener and then installed it. You can't get better service. Great Job and very friendly !!

From the person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment to Ryan Espinoza, the service technician, everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Ryan was very personable, polite, and attentive to my description of my garage door problem. I greatly appreciated his professional appearance and genuine interest is addressing my issue. The gentleman who serviced my garage doors was polite, efficient, and helpful. He gave me three choices for service. I selected the one for $1004.88 which included changing all rollers, among other services. He also helped me to program my doors in conjunction with my car, allowing me to utilize that feature after 18 months of owning the vehicle. I would most certainly recommend your company to anyone needing such services.
