I highly recommend Precision Garage Door company. From the person who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment to Ryan Espinoza, the service technician, everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Ryan was very personable, polite, and attentive to my description of my garage door problem. I greatly appreciated his professional appearance and genuine interest is addressing my issue. I also appreciated the e-mail I received from Freddy Cespedes prior to Ryan's arrival, with Ryan's picture and thanking me for making the appointment. I will certainly recommend Precision Garage Door company to my family, friends, and any others who are having problems with their garage doors. My sincere thanks to Precision Garage Door company!

The gentleman who serviced my garage doors was polite, efficient, and helpful. He gave me three choices for service. I selected the one for $1004.88 which included changing all rollers, among other services. He also helped me to program my doors in conjunction with my car, allowing me to utilize that feature after 18 months of owning the vehicle. I would most certainly recommend your company to anyone needing such services.

My garage door stopped working. I called precision Garage door service. They gave me the name of the technician. I checked the pictures of the technician on their website and I know who is coming to my property. Andrey showed up on time diagnosed the problem. Fix my garage door in half an hour. Great service with great personality. I recommend him for his professionalism.

Ersell was very professional and courteous, to both me and my wife. We had requested a probable small electrical problem, which Ersell repaired and improved, and then he pointed out more serious mechanical issues with the door springs. He gave us options to make those repairs and we selected one. He undertook that repair right away, and the door now works perfectly. He clearly tinkered with the whole mechanism (including lubrication) until it worked correctly.

We needed new openers installed. Brandon was an amazing technician. We hire a company for their skill, knowledge and customer support he did not disappoint. We had a few cracked hinges from age, which he also replaced. Great service, fast response and so far we love the new product.

Wow!...called last night and they were here at 8 this morning. Robert Taylor was very helpful in explaining the issues we had with our main garage door. Lots of little things and some parts replaced and Wow! again. It works smoothly and quieter than before. They use high quality replacement parts that Robert replaced. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received. We will be sure to use them again if we need service for our garage door.
