Raised in Minnesota, I came to California in the '80's. I was born to do this job, I have the knack for fixing things plus my height comes in handy for working on things overhead. I installed my first Garage Door in 1980 while in the Air National Guard. I have been fixing things for clients my whole life. When I'm not working I enjoy dining out or catching a movie with family or friends. I also like to travel, and am a fan of the TV show Family Guy. I'm often playing Texas Hold 'em Saturday nights. I enjoy working with clients, I always put the customer first. I will not just fix it, I will be sure you are satisfied with the job, and all your questions are answered.

Paul did a great job, very friendly. Paul called 30 minutes prior to coming out, he explained what was wrong with our garage door which was not working properly. He explained repairs that needed to be done and additional recommendations. He finished the job in a timely manner.

Paul was very nice and knowledgeable about why my new 5 day old garage door would not close. It became an emergency and he was here within 30 minutes after I made 2 calls to Precision Garage Door. He said that the sensors weren't aligned correctly. The door would close within about 6 inches and then pull back up and a message would appear saying that there is a "sensor obstruction". He adjusted the sensors and said that should fix it.

I called in the afternoon to have someone service the garage door as it did not close flush to the ground & left a 3” open gap. Precision Garage said to expect a tech 6:30-10:00pm. Paul Brinkman came at 7:00 and reset the garage door opener motor in minutes. Service with a smile!

We meant to leave this review last year but wanted to recognize Paul for his excellent service. He was timely, thorough, professional, and provided a great service. Our garage door opener was very old and he recommended a great product and installed it and trained us on how to operate it. He worked late into the evening and we appreciated it. Thanks Paul!
