The spring on our garage door snapped in half and I called Precision. They were out the following day and Brandon was our technician. He was amazing, professional, very thorough and took the time to show me tricks to make my door last longer. I had a great experience and would call them again in a heartbeat if I needed work done.

Andrey did a good job in repairing my broken Spring on the rolling garage door. Got the job done in couple hours time frame with quality work. He also gave a good advice in replacing some relate hardware to make the door mechanism works smoother and quieter.

I checked the pictures of the technician on their website and I know who is coming to my property. Andrey showed up on time diagnosed the problem. Fix my garage door in half an hour. From my first call, having a live person that was very helpful in arranging my appointment to receiving a call from the technician on the estimated arrival time Brandon Taylor, the tech assigned was very knowledgeable and explained all the problems that may be occurring. After agreeing to the best solution, Brandon did the work needed in an efficient and timely manner, fully explaining all of the functions of our new opener.

This company is ridiculously overpriced. My husband is a contractor and immediately knew 1800+ to replace a spring was a rip-off. We can get a whole new door for that. The technician was nice but what a waste of $70 for a service call to find out these guys are scammers

Andrev was great. He diagnosed the problem, gave me estimates on partial fixes, and went to work. He worked quickly and even crawled up in a rather small space to eliminate a sticking problem several times. He was pleasant, friendly, and efficient. He also gave me info on future improvements. The technician was really great. I'm sorry I don't have his name. He called, gave me a heads up, he was early and in his way. He was business like, and friendly too. It was so interesting and terrific that he loves this work. He explained things to me so carefully, he fixed something that he thought needed a little more attention, told me what that specific problem was, even though it was not an obvious issue when he gave me the estimate. It was great that he took the time and energy to do a thorough job, and to mitigate a potential problem in the future. Everything works fine now.

The technician was very friendly and after some process of elimination he was able to fix the problem. He was there about 30 minutes. Only a small piece of angle metal was required. The total cost was $259. While I knew the estimate and had agreed to the amount before he started the work. I was surprised the fix was so simple (new piece of angle metal and tightening the spring) that the cost was so high. $250 for 30 minutes of labor seems high to me. Oh well, live and learn.
