The tech was prompt and called before arriving. He was pleasant and very professional. He pointed out and explained several issues with my garage door. The work was completed on time and a fair price. I would give Tech. Antonio Mendonza a 10.

I just had my garage door remote control replaced by. Precision Garage Door Service. It took the technician less than 5 minutes to replace by just mounting one screw and two wires. Remote control unit cost is about $60 but I paid four times of the cost to replace. So highly recommend to get few more quotes from different companies. I admit I made a mistake by trusting this company’s pricing to be competitive.

The technician was efficient and gave us multiple options. He was able to quickly fix our garage door with minimal cost. He also gave honest feedback that this is a patch fix and will need replacement in a few years but wasn't pushy for replacement at all. He also examined surrounding areas and parts of garage door and provided suggestions for lasting use. I would recommend this company for garage door issues.

The technician was Jesus Silva. Friendly, personable guy who kept me informed. He installed a new opener and did a major overhaul on the door with new springs and rollers and other stuff. Beforehand, the door made all sorts of straining and popping noises. After the work was performed, all I could hear was the soft, electronic sound from the opener. The door opened perfectly even and balanced. I don’t think I’ll have a problem again for years to come.

Reasonable price for excellent service. Very professional top quality tech and service. I spent more than needed to get the door operational again. You could probably save some money by going with an independent but I doubt you will get the same level of service. The truck has all the parts needed,no reason to go get parts and come back. Work done fast and efficiently.

My garage door opener failed and after several stop gap attempts like changing batteries in the openers and lubricating the tracks I called precision. They were at my house within two hours, which I was shocked at. I had expected to wait for several days. They diagnosed the problem, which was a motor that wasn’t receiving signals properly and replaced it within the hour. I highly recommend them.

I got home from work Friday night, closed the garage and went inside only to hear a loud BANG! behind me. I knew it was the spring right away. It was late, and I couldn't get anyone on the phone, so I called Precision Saturday afternoon. They had someone come the same day for an inspection and estimate. Bachir called, texted and emailed me exactly 30 minutes before he arrived, just like I'd been told. He took a look at the problem, explained the 3 options to me, the pros and cons of each, and the costs associated with them. I chose to replace more than the springs due to the age of my equipment and I didn't want to deal with this again in the near future, plus Bachir told me I definitely got more out of the springs than I probably should have. He was kind and courteous, very friendly and extremely forthcoming about everything he was doing, which I appreciated. He had the job done and cleaned up in under three hours, which was unexpected late on a Saturday night. This is my first experience with Precision Doors, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I hope I get Bachir again, as he came across as very genuine and not someone who wanted to get the job over with, or trying to upsell me on things I didn't need.

The garage door spring broke at 6:00 p.m. Monday evening. I called Precision Garage Door at 8:00 a.m.Tuesday morning. The repair technician, John Glasky, arrived at 9:00 a.m. John evaluated my garage door. I followed his recommendation to replace the springs, cables and roller wheels. John completed the repair by 9:45 a.m. The door now operates more smoothly and much quieter. Thanks John!

We got a same day appointment. Manny came by installed a new opener same day. He was very professional and explained all aspects in detail. We may have gotten it for a little cheaper but this was simpler and came with warranty.
