It was one of the worst experience that I ever had. "The Technician" came and expend 1 hr. writing an estimate to sell me a new garage door. I only need it a small bracket that broke. When I told him to just replace the bracket which it cost $5.00, He told me that it will be $300 to replace it. I asked him to explain me why $300 and He couldn't justify the charges ( when the bracket was only $5.00 and it took him 7 minutes to replaced ). He started to tell me that the charge was for his gasoline, time, his knowledge and because it was on a Saturday afternoon. I will absolutely never Recommend, call or use them ever again.

Rodney did a GREAT job replacing the broken spring in my garage door. He is very professional and he worked fast and efficiently to get my garage door working again. He also gave me other options to make the garage door even better after the initial inspection. I recommend this company!!!!

They arrived at the time they said they would and called before to inform me they were on there way. The work was done efficiently and explanations of the process. They cleaned up after the work was complete and they demonstrated what they had done and the operation of the door. My tech today was Paul Brinkman Paul communicated well prior to his arrival, was punctual, an expert on the solution I needed and completed the work right in time. Our spring broke on one side of our heavy wooden double car garage door. Paul replaced both springs, drums for the cable, new cables, rollers and even did a tune up across the door. Bolts tightened and shored up parts of the door that were splitting, stuff like that. I would recommend to anyone looking for garage door repair. Thank you for your help today Paul, you are awesome!

Although I appreciate the promptness and the excellent service provided fixing the garage door, but, as retiree home owner with fixed income, next time the garage door needs to be repaired, I will spend some time looking for a company that providing good service, nevertheless, is less expensive.

The appointment process was very smooth and efficient. On the morning of the appointment, Travis came and walked me through several options for replacement of our old unit and how to properly maintain the garage door in the future. He set up all of the remotes and walked me through how to use the app on my phone to control the door. After he left, I tried to program an old remote and accidentally reset the whole system. I called Travis and he returned to personally to reset all of the remotes including the old one that I thought I could do myself. Travis is the best! If the were six stars, that would be my rating.

Technician came out and of course everything was wrong and needed to be replaced on a 6+- old door. Then proceed to adjust and fix/ reset in less than an hour. At $535.00 Starting cost then (2) $99.00 additional adds for nothing. Absolutely no materials needed.. I feel it was over priced but here we are in San Jose! Probably use a independent contractor if needed again.
