They technician showed up on time, presented us with options and was able to get it installed immediately. I called to have service on my garage door. I’ve seen the ads on TV. I got a call center and they called a technician 3 1/2 hours away to service my garage door or try to sell me everything under the sun even the kitchen sink. He called me to tell me that he was not gonna be able to make the appointment on time and asked what the problem was. I explained what the problem was and then he jumped into the sales pitch, trying to sell me everything they possibly could over the phone. I thought to myself what the hell is going on here I wouldn’t use this company for anything in the world. They’re the worst all they’re trying to do is sell you a new garage door, not repair. The one you’ve got in his eyes all he saw was dollar signs not to service the customer just to make a buck. They’re the worst buyer. Beware when using them.

I just had my garage door remote control replaced by. Precision Garage Door Service. It took the technician less than 5 minutes to replace by just mounting one screw and two wires. Remote control unit cost is about $60 but I paid four times of the cost to replace. So highly recommend to get few more quotes from different companies. I admit I made a mistake by trusting this company’s pricing to be competitive.

The technician was efficient and gave us multiple options. He was able to quickly fix our garage door with minimal cost. He also gave honest feedback that this is a patch fix and will need replacement in a few years but wasn't pushy for replacement at all. He also examined surrounding areas and parts of garage door and provided suggestions for lasting use. I would recommend this company for garage door issues.

The technician was Jesus Silva. Friendly, personable guy who kept me informed. He installed a new opener and did a major overhaul on the door with new springs and rollers and other stuff. Beforehand, the door made all sorts of straining and popping noises. After the work was performed, all I could hear was the soft, electronic sound from the opener. The door opened perfectly even and balanced. I don’t think I’ll have a problem again for years to come.

Reasonable price for excellent service. Very professional top quality tech and service. I spent more than needed to get the door operational again. You could probably save some money by going with an independent but I doubt you will get the same level of service. The truck has all the parts needed,no reason to go get parts and come back. Work done fast and efficiently.
