My Service Tech was competent and reasonable. He very quickly quoted the cost and gave the reasons why I might want to choose one option versus another. We were extremely surprised and thankful that they were able to provide a same day service call. We called just before lunch on Christmas Eve and they were able to have a technician there by about 1:30. Caleb Winchester was very knowledgeable, he explained our options clearly, did the work quickly, made all the necessary adjustments and left the area clean, all in a couple of hours.
