Andrey came and did an awesome job on repairing my garage door. He showed me all the old parts versus the new parts he was replacing. He pointed out where the problem was with the old parts. There were three areas on my garage door that had gone bad. The last time I had anything done was in 2017 when I had a brand new door put in, but the door was fine, but the roller, springs, and brackets had worn down gone bad but the parts they put in now are much better than the old parts.

Nicholas Schwinger came out and walked me through everything he did as he fixed my garage door. The cable had snapped on one side, but the door had never been serviced! I now have a fully fixed and serviced door, all within a few hours of calling!! He was thorough and didn’t try to scam me into products/services I didn’t need! My bill ended up being lower than the quoted price which was the best part! I highly recommend this company and do yourself a favor by requesting Nicholas as your tech if possible!!!

Jesus Silva did a great job replacing the garage door opener at our home. Our garage door was acting erratically and he pointed out the sensor problem and because of the age of the unit and the parts that would have to be replaced we decided a whole new garage door opener would be the best way to go. Our opener was over 20 years old. After we told Jesus that's what we wanted to do he put in a whole new garage door opener in a very short period of time and by the time we finished eating our dinner and came out he was almost done. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn't recommend him or Precision any higher.

I think the job they did was fine. Super easy to schedule online and they were able to come out next day. Tech was professional and did a decent job. We just needed a couple of track adjustments. They installed a new bracket and rollers on the door and spent less than an hour doing the whole job. However, the price was outrageous for the small amount of work being performed.
