We had a new garage door opener replaced two months ago by Precision Garage Door. We were very happy with our service at that time. Then, we had a little problem with our opener and were able to receive service in a very timely manner. John arrived at our house and went above and beyond to help us. He first diagnosed what was causing the problems. Then, he helped us set up the app on our phones to improve the efficiency of this opener. All of this was completed in a patient and confident manner. John obviously is knowledgeable about his products, but was willing to extend our knowledge to maximize the value of the opener. We are thrilled with this service.

This is the second time we have used Precision Door. This time we needed the opener reinforced bracket kit. Our door and opener are over 26 years old, so I was not sure about replacement parts. The work was done quickly, but it was a very big market in cost and service. The exact same part at Home Depot was $31.98. The service time was approximately 20 mins start to finish, and the total cost was 7 times as much. They have great service, but you are also paying a premium price for that service.

We couldn’t open our garage door this morning. I immediately went online to find a service and Precision was the first one I noticed because the website was very professional and easy for me to schedule an appointment, which was I was the same day! The technician, Brandon Taylor, called to let me know his arrival time and was prompt, friendly and professional. Brian gave me several options in repairing my garage door and explained thoroughly what work was entailed. We agreed on an option and Brandon immediately set to work and the repair was done within an hour! My garage door now opens and closes smoothly, thanks to Brandon! I am very pleased with Precision and will recommend to my family and friends.

My garage door opener was broken and Nick came out to take a look at it. I need a new opener and rollers. Nick had everything on his truck and had it done in under the time he said it would take. Nick went over everything from top to bottom on the options on the new opener. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be having Percision taking care of all my garage doors from here on out.

I needed a company that could come out the very day. I called them because it was an emergency for me and they were able to do that. Once here, Ahmed assessed the problem advise me what the problem was and what it was he had to do to fix it. It was way beyond what I understood, but he took the time to do it. He didn’t rush and he didn’t rush me overall just very knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to fix the issue.

The screws of the hinge securing the garage door to the upper railing had come off, not allowing proper functioning of the door. I had dealt with a previous company on 2 other occasions who must have missed that there was only 1 screw where there should have been 4 screws. Andrey Brodskiy was very prompt in coming and replacing the screws. My only complaint was $120 for adding 3 screws and was expecting it to cost around $70 which would have been steep but reasonable. He was professional and offered a prompt service.

My garage door spring broke on a Saturday evening. I called Precision and they offered to have someone come out right away but I had another commitment. I was expecting that I would need to wait until Monday but they scheduled me for a Sunday morning appointment. How convenient!!! The technician (John) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I needed an entirely new opener but I am really happy. The new opener has great updated features and is much easier to program for use. The camera is such a great feature and the new opener came with two new handheld remotes and a new wall remote. This is the first time I can say that I'm happy something broke!!

I have used Precision Garage Door twice now in the last year, for different issues. Both times their technicians arrived right on time and within an hour or so diagnosed and repaired the problem. They are courteous and helpful and explained their process every step of the way. I have their number taped right next to my garage door opener. I know who I will be calling should I have another problem. They are great.

Easy to make appt. Came on time, actually he was early. He was very respectful of me and my home. Had garage door opener replaced, mine was broken. New one with installation was a little pricey, but what isn't these days. Great service.

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door of Sacramento. The technician called ahead to let me know his ETA, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he thoroughly inspected our 26-year-old garage door and clearly explained what needed to be fixed, lubricated, and replaced. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed in his explanation, which gave me confidence in the service. The only minor issue I encountered was the $69.95 service fee for the quote, which wasn't clearly stated when booking. However, I was pleased that the management addressed this and resolved it professionally afterward. My only suggestion would be to make that service fee more visible upfront during the booking process. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish — great service, great technician and a smoother garage door thanks to Precision!

Such a wonderful experience working with Precision. Everything was so professional from the first "emergency" call to the after-hours operator to updates from the technician, Antonio, about his estimated time of arrival, the cost estimate, and of course, the quality work! Everything was professional, well-explained, and well done. I couldn't believe how quickly he was able to come fix the door, which was completely non-functional, and how fast he diagnosed and 100% solved the problem. First, Ahmed Elemenawy was very good at showing what needed to be done, gave me 3 options of service and when completed, the job was well done. The second part was regarding his conversation with me. We were discussing the repair and the conversation turned and was inappropriate, and disrespectful.
