The technician who first assisted me acted as an exemplary representative of the company, thoroughly explaining the issues with my garage door and motor without applying any pressure or up-selling. After evaluating multiple quotes, I opted to have a new door and motor installed. The installation technician maintained the same level of professionalism, and the installation process was well-organized and executed efficiently within three hours. The apparent preparation and coordination between the shop and field technicians contributed significantly to the smooth operation. I am highly satisfied with my new garage door and motor system, which has enhanced both my sense of security and overall satisfaction. Nicholas Schwinger came out and walked me through everything he did as he fixed my garage door. The cable had snapped on one side, but the door had never been serviced! I now have a fully fixed and serviced door, all within a few hours of calling!! He was thorough and didn’t try to scam me into products/services I didn’t need! My bill ended up being lower than the quoted price which was the best part! I highly recommend this company and do yourself a favor by requesting Nicholas as your tech if possible!!!

Jesus Silva did a great job replacing the garage door opener at our home. Our garage door was acting erratically and he pointed out the sensor problem and because of the age of the unit and the parts that would have to be replaced we decided a whole new garage door opener would be the best way to go. Our opener was over 20 years old. After we told Jesus that's what we wanted to do he put in a whole new garage door opener in a very short period of time and by the time we finished eating our dinner and came out he was almost done. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. We couldn't recommend him or Precision any higher.

I think the job they did was fine. Super easy to schedule online and they were able to come out next day. Tech was professional and did a decent job. We just needed a couple of track adjustments. They installed a new bracket and rollers on the door and spent less than an hour doing the whole job. However, the price was outrageous for the small amount of work being performed.

Our garage door spring coil broke, and I was going down my Yelp list whoever answered first was going to get my business. After the first two didn’t answer, my third call was to Precision because I remembered seeing one of their commercials. Not only did someone pick up right away, but they also gave me an appointment immediately. I needed my car out of the garage ASAP, and they came the very next morning. Nicholas, the technician, did a full inspection and offered a list of recommended services and repairs. While I know he was just doing his job, I’m planning to tackle upgrades later — right now, I just needed that coil replaced so I could get my car out. He understood, did exactly what I asked, and promptly repaired and replaced the coil. He also provided clear quotes for the upgrades we discussed for the future. Nicholas was professional, helpful, and honest. I’ll definitely call them again when I’m ready for more work.

Good work but severely over priced. I needed my garage repaired in short order so went with them rather than getting more quotes (that was my bad!). Quoted me $1800 for 2 spring replacements and new rollers. Finished the job in 45 minutes. When I questioned the price for 45 minutes of work, he gave me $200 off. Parts are not that much!!! Having done my research after the fact, it should have been half that price! Technician was a nice guy, but their pricing is a major red flag! I won’t be referring or using them again.

Tina, the project manager, oversaw our entire project and made sure we were up to date and taken care of—excellent customer service! Our installer, Solomon, was most proficient and took his time to explain all of the working details of our new garage door. I received a same day appointment and was contacted by a technician, Nathaniel, within an hour, letting me know he would arrive in 20 mins. He arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and let me know what needed to be done to fix it and how much it would cost. He also let me know the condition of my system and potential problems that may occur in the future. Once I approved the job he completed it neatly and efficiently.
