Travis was on time and very professional, he was able to diagnose the problem with the sensors and reviewed multiple options since our doors are about 12 years old. I decided to replace and relocate the sensors. He proceeded with the repairs which took less than 1 hour. Problem solved. I would highly recommend Precision.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because I had seen the advertisement on TV. When my garage door opener suddenly wasn't working I called them first. They arranged service immediately and the technician arrived within 2 hours of my initial phone call. I received a confirmation email immediately with a picture of the service tech, and a confirmation phone call from the service tech letting me know when he would arrive. We both looked over the entire garage door opener system, agreed on the parts that had to be replaced (new opener, cables, automatic opener and more) he let me know how long the repairs and replacements would take to complete and he proceeded and completed everything as promised.The tech was professional, left my garage neat and clean, and I couldn't be happier with the new garage door opener.
