Had a problem with my garage door on a Friday night, on website, thought i was leaving message to be contacted Monday, as not an emergency. This was around 11 PM on Friday night when I left message and was immediately contacted. And I was told they work on weekends and no additional charge for it. and was able to schedule someone to come out on my schedule the next day, after 12:30 PM. Travis was the tech that came out , very nice , friendly guy, was able to see problem right away and correctly noticed that nothing had been done maintenance wise (including lubrication) for over 30 years, My cable came off and spring was shot! He advised what I needed to do to get back in working condition and although it was much more than initially expected, but that was because it was not just getting the door back on track, but much more needed to do it right. He also said that although I caused the door to go off track, by putting something in the way of the door, that the condition of the spring and cables, it would have failed very shortly anyhow. We proceeded with the repairs, and the only repair not done, was replacement of all the wheels, (I had 7 new, but very old metal rollers) and Travis suggested that it would be okay , but better if I purchased newer , non metal rollers (sorry, spacing on that name), but I did have him but on new silicon wheels to the front / bottom of door, and after he repaired everything, Travis took the time to show me how to replace the wheels, and how to lubricate what parts need lubrication and how often. He did a great job. Very happy with it. door works better than it has in over 20 years, Highly recommend Travis, Very professional, competent , knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Thank You.

Travis replaced everything but the garage door to update our rusty 20-year old system. He was able to do the project right then. He was very knowledgeable, worked through a hot summer afternoon and helped us learn how to use the system. We had total confidence in him and Precision.

I had Boris that called me early morning at about 7.15 saying that he will be at my residence at 8am. The timing was great but his service was not was I expected. He did his fast inspection and told me that he didn't know what to do with the repair and try and gave me a quote for the whole system. His reason/ diagnosis was that my garage door is too heavy and his new motor cannot lift my garage door. Now I have to check with other companies. Not a good experience.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because I had seen the advertisement on TV. When my garage door opener suddenly wasn't working I called them first. They arranged service immediately and the technician arrived within 2 hours of my initial phone call. I received a confirmation email immediately with a picture of the service tech, and a confirmation phone call from the service tech letting me know when he would arrive. We both looked over the entire garage door opener system, agreed on the parts that had to be replaced (new opener, cables, automatic opener and more) he let me know how long the repairs and replacements would take to complete and he proceeded and completed everything as promised.The tech was professional, left my garage neat and clean, and I couldn't be happier with the new garage door opener. He was courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. He installed new, springs, rollers, garage door opener along with servicing everything in a little over two hours.
