Antonio Mendoza did a great job in resolving the issue with our garage door. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He presented me with options if I did not want everything done right now. He called them the "good" and "better" options. Not sure about the pricing though because I didn't shop around but I am very satisfied with the final result.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Brandon called 20 minutes before arriving. Arrived on time. Was completely professional, very nice, exceptionally knowledgeable. He finished within about an hour (maybe less). I would 100% recommend!

Our garage door was very unbalanced. One of them seemed to strain as we would open or close it. The other one would stop closing over and over again. Very frustrating. Ahmed did a very nice job in correcting the problems and stuck with it when he might have been able to cut corners. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and commitment to get it done right.

Today Mr Ahmed came from Precision Door to fix my garage door. He called before he came and he was right on time. He conducted a thorough check of the door system then diagnosed the problems. He showed and explained every issue. I fully trusted him and my faith was well placed. He did an excellent job and all is fixed with quality materials. I highly recommend Ahmed and this business. Very professional and competent.

Very nice, efficient and Nate the technician was great. I called them with a garage door issue that needed solving quickly because it wouldn't close. They sent someone out the next day and got it taken care of immediately. Everything about the company from the call to the repair was done with first class service.

Get job done but way overpriced. My garage door spring was broken and garage door was jammed. My car was inside of garage so I was in a very vulnerable situation. I had no choice but go ahead use them.

My Dad has seen their ads on TV and felt they were reputable. We did some basic review checking, and all the results were positive. We called on a Sunday! They had a live person answering the call, and we had an appointment the following day. The technician, Nicholas Schwinger, called first thing and arrived on time (actually early, impressive). He was knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to our concerns, and after checking the system, he made his recommendations. He walked us through his suggestions, making sure we understood what he was saying and why it was important. Within two hours, we had a new motor, new wheels, and basically everything new (our system was 15 years old). Nicholas's work exceeded our expectations. We felt we were in good hands and appreciated the quality of work and products used.
