Moses showed up right on time and got to work taking out the old contraption. Soon after Dale arrived with all the new panels and parts. We had a slight hiccup with one of the panels being the wrong size however, Dale Van drove to Fremont and back in a heartbeat. My Dad has seen their ads on TV and felt they were reputable. We did some basic review checking, and all the results were positive. We called on a Sunday! They had a live person answering the call, and we had an appointment the following day. The technician, Nicholas Schwinger, called first thing and arrived on time (actually early, impressive). He was knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to our concerns, and after checking the system, he made his recommendations. He walked us through his suggestions, making sure we understood what he was saying and why it was important. Within two hours, we had a new motor, new wheels, and basically everything new (our system was 15 years old). Nicholas's work exceeded our expectations. We felt we were in good hands and appreciated the quality of work and products used.

Our garage door was very unbalanced. One of them seemed to strain as we would open or close it. The other one would stop closing over and over again. Very frustrating.
