I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door of Sacramento. The technician called ahead to let me know his ETA, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he thoroughly inspected our 26-year-old garage door and clearly explained what needed to be fixed, lubricated, and replaced. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed in his explanation, which gave me confidence in the service. The only minor issue I encountered was the $69.95 service fee for the quote, which wasn't clearly stated when booking. However, I was pleased that the management addressed this and resolved it professionally afterward. My only suggestion would be to make that service fee more visible upfront during the booking process. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish — great service, great technician and a smoother garage door thanks to Precision!

Too expensive, just coming for an estimate it will cost you $69 , not even there for 15 minutes. I was told that my company has 50% discount . No I found a cheaper company. Thanks

Your prices are way out of line. Your guy said our springs weren’t heavy duty enough for our door and the springs came with the door which is 3 years old. All we really needed was a new door opener as ours is very old and he quoted us over $1700.00 for a new door opener. We got a much more reasonable quote for $600 for installation of a new opener that will work just fine. Maybe try not upselling seniors!

The problem I called about was related to miss aligned sensors. However the tech noticed a major issue that required a brace and a worn belt that was about to fail. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his pointing out the other 2 issues. He was also efficient in the way he performed the repairs.

I did write a review for my work performed today. I went back to read it, and it disappeared. I’ll try this one more time. Patrick L was the technician who came to my home. My car was held hostage in my garage because the garage door would not open. Patrick, checked it out very thoroughly. He replaced a lot of parts, did a lot of work, and it’s magic. It’s just like a brand new garage door. There’s only one more thing I might need done in either two, two, or two, to quote Patrick. When it’s time for any work, I will call your company back and definitely ask for Patrick L to help me again. Very kind and knowledgeable, professional, quick worker, I would give him more than five stars if there were more than five stars available. Thank you so much for helping me out. I was totally frustrated, and now I am so very happy!

I called yesterday, and the service tech was here at noon today. His name is Antonio, and he was very friendly and polite. He agreed after checking all the opener parts, that it needed to be replaced. He also replaced everything in the rails as they were bad too. I have used Precision Garage Door twice now in the last year, for different issues. Both times their technicians arrived right on time and within an hour or so diagnosed and repaired the problem. They are courteous and helpful and explained their process every step of the way. I have their number taped right next to my garage door opener. I know who I will be calling should I have another problem. They are great.
