Our garage door spring broke in half. I called Precision on Saturday, July 25th to set up an appointment for the day I chose which was today, July 27th. Elias Bernard the technician arrived earlier than expected, and he kept me informed about his arrival time. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Before we discussed the the broken spring issue, we chatted about my cat, his cat, toddler son and dog. Elias was also professsional, detailed, organized and efficient. He gave my husband and l repair options, and without any pressure, he allowed us to choose the option that was best for us. He had the job done in less than an hour. Once the job was complete, Elias had me operate the door to make sure it operated properly. He gave me his business card. It had his cell # and an email address on it. He suggested that we can contact him or Precision if there are any issues or if we have any questions. I would highly recommend Precision and also Elias - he ROCKS!!!

I was sold unnecessary fixes. And when the changes did not resolve the problem, I was told that I had not described the problem correctly. That was clearly false. This business is unethical and I advise against calling them to your house.

I have seen their advertisements for years and thought I would give them a try. Precision was easy to get ahold of, the person on the phone was very helpful in scheduling a service of my garage door for the same day. Brandon was at my house within 2 hours. He was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable in servicing my door issue. He offered me several options at varying prices and was not pushy. Brandon repaired the door efficiently and suggested ideas for future door service if needed. The door works great.

I was desperate to get my car out of the garage after the coil broke and bent the frame that carried the chain drive. Ahmed came to my rescue and performed an outstanding job correcting my problem. He identified and explained everything that was needed and why. Although a costly fix, what could I expect from a forty year old motor and frame? I was very pleased and satisfied with the outcome.
