This company is first rate and Bachir, my tech, was very friendly and really knew his stuff. He explained all the options I could choose from and was very competent in doing the work. He said I could watch, which I did, and he explained all the steps he was going through and why. I will absolutely use Precision again if I ever need maintenance or repair.

We are very happy with the same day response time. Brandon fixed the steel cables that come off the wheels that transfer the energy from the springs to move the garage door up and down. As a preventative measure replaced the track wheels. The garage door working normally.

Great Job done by the Technician. He showed up first thing this morning, walked us through everything, did a great job with the repair of our garage door. Everything works great, nice repaired quiet door. Purchased the following, 218 Standard Black, 218 Standard red, ORB Bracket-operator arm bracket, loose Bearing-Knockout bearing, 81602W chain opener w/battery back-up-1/2 HP chain motor, 1R, 893 Max-remote, for reasonable price. Repairs and install of purchased pieces for the repair was done in timely matter. Great Job Nicholas Schwinger, thank you so much, John

This company gets zero stars. I called because one of the springs broke. They wasted my time and $69.95 for a worthless service call. The technician said I needed "special" springs and that they were $500 each. He also said he needed to replace the bearings and the rollers for the cables. All told, he quoted me $1500, and he said it would take four days just to get the parts. I then called Sacramento Overhead Door, they were great. They arrived Monday morning, and had the springs I needed. They replaced BOTH springs for $466.

Work was done well. For garage door cables, charged 15 times what I found they cost at Lowes. Not great for retired folks.

I like to preface my reviews by providing readers a little about who I am. Im an ex professional baseball player, and career professional, the result of hard work and an unwavering commitment to each & every team and agency I’ve worked for, and have very high expectations of people and service providers, and feel that recognizing hard work & professionalism when it so warrants is important. It was immediately apparent that Precision sent out there 1st stringer with Patrick, as he was professional, approachable, genial and unassuming, extremely knowledgeable, answering any and all questions I had as to the process. He was meticulous in his approach in assessing my garage door, with no corners cut. At the end he provided me with a comprehensive & thorough diagnosis, with two treatment approaches; the 1st, “What will it take to fix and get the door up and running, which equaled a reasonable fee, and a 2nd approach, which entailed the most thorough (20 + Year Garage Door), which we chose. I cannot begin to say enough about Patrick and his steadfast commitment to fixing my garage door the “Correct” way, as if it was his own personal garage door he was working on. Patrick and the front line Ambassadors of any Company are often the unsung hero’s, whose job it is to leave a first and lasting impression for their clients by their behavior & quality of their work while my wife & I reap the Fruits of his hard work & labor, a finished product that exceeded our expectations. All I can say, from start to finish, Precision receives the Highest Marks, If I could give 11 Stars I would. Precision has a Diamond in the Rough when it comes to Patrick!
