Torsion coil broke. Two technicians from Precision came to our house. I asked them to replace both coils. They were also able to replace the noisy rollers and the torsion tube and cable and a couple of smaller parts. I was very happy with the results and the Lprice. Now we have a “like new” quiet door that will give us good service for many years. My garage door broke around 8:30am. Called Precision and two techs were at my house by 11. They evaluated the situation and gave me a few repair options from fixed to like brand new again. They started working and it was ready yo go in about an hour and it works better than before it broke..The guys were straightforward and efficient. Really appreciate them.

Precision Garage Door (PGD) did a fantastic job! I was just ready to leave for the weekend, car packed, keys in hand…then the garage door wouldn’t open. Yikes! Broken spring! Because I’d seen many of PGD’s TV ads, I went to their website and made the earliest appointment online-very easy to do. I called the PGD office to see if I couldn’t get a technician earlier and Travis, the technician, arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled! He proceeded to make the needed repairs and I was on my way in two hours. Door is way better than it was and very happy with the whole experience.

Brandon, the technician, is, by his own admission, "too pretty to be on one of your tv ads", but my goodness is he good at what he does. First, he arrived promptly - and sent a text alerting me to his arrival time. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained what happened to my 26 year old opener and what my options were. He then quickly and efficiently executed the work and cleaned up very nicely. 5 stars.

It was immediately apparent that Precision sent out there 1st stringer with Patrick, as he was professional, approachable, genial and unassuming, extremely knowledgeable, answering any and all questions I had as to the process. He was meticulous in his approach in assessing my garage door, with no corners cut. At the end he provided me with a comprehensive & thorough diagnosis, with two treatment approaches; the 1st, “What will it take to fix and get the door up and running, which equaled a reasonable fee, and a 2nd approach, which entailed the most thorough (20 + Year Garage Door), which we chose. I cannot begin to say enough about Patrick and his steadfast commitment to fixing my garage door the “Correct” way, as if it was his own personal garage door he was working on. Same day appointment in Folsom, CA. Technician Nick was super efficient, professional and kind. The job was done shortly after my call and I am so pleased with the response time, estimate and quality of repair which was expeditiously performed. Couldn't be happier. I was given 3 options for the work and opted for the 3rd option because my garage door is very old and I have been lucky it lasted as long as it has without needing more repairs. They also take credit cards which I considered a plus.
