Ahmed was very professional and did a thorough safety evaluation of both my garage doors. Once finished, he explained specifically what he found and options to fix the problem. He was not at all trying to sell me. He simply stated what he found. Precision Door and Ahmed are First Class. It repairman like Ahmed that takes thete time to explain the job and do it right the first time. Ahmed gets an A+. Thank you Ahmed for what you do !!!

Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and explained why the garage door opener was making very strange noises. He provided a quote and then proceeded to complete the work during the visit. He called me at 2:15 PM when he was 25 minutes away and was completely done with the work by 6:00 PM. He replaced multiple parts including springs, cables, rollers and opener. I couldn't have been more pleased with Patrick and the quality of his work.

I was quoted $35 for a first time visit on our garage door. When the technician visit he said since we are not moving forward with the service then the visit would be $69. This should be clear over the phone before a visit. He also quoted for a repair $1,800 when every other garage company is charging $500 and under. It was a waste of time and effort. My feedback is that maybe ask for photos over text or email to get a more accurate estimate before a visit and to communicate that with the client.

I was very satisfied with the service provided by Precision from the start to the finish. What was my emergency became their emergency and they got me on the schedule within four hours of my call. My service was done by Carlos who was professional, friendly and he was very clear about what was needed, recommended and suggested. I would definitely call again if I need repairs to my garage door.

I loved that I could schedule a day/time that works for me. Brandon T arrived on-time, quickly accessed the problem and explained exactly what had happened. He also took the time to show me how to lube hinges and springs as part of regular homeowner maintenance. He did a great job repairing my door and I would recommend this company confidently knowing you’ll get as good service as I did. I had a previous company do some work on my door and when something wasn't working, in fact it was worse, I called and they didn't back their work. I saw advertised Precision Garage Door and decided to give them a call. The add showed the staff doing the work and it wasn't a scripted add, which caught my attention. My call was answered quickly and they came out the next morning. When Parampreet arrived, he was very friendly, he did an inspection and gave me options along with costs before any work was started. Patrick Leahy was an excellent technician. He was able to listen to my system and figure out what services needed to be done. I needed new remotes for my garage door opener, so he tried four different universal remotes. None of them worked, so he found the link on Amazon so I could order the exact remotes for my garage door opener and program them. He performed maintenance work that I would have never thought of. He explained how "what I thought were just how it sounds" were grinding noises that could be remedied by lubricating the hinges and replacing the rollers. He also explained why the hinges needed to be lubricated to extend the life of the motor. Great technician!

Just want to comment that Andrey did an excellent job fixing my garage door that had a broken spring. He replaced it with two springs since it is a doublewide door and replaced a number of rollers plus lubricating things. So he needs to receive 5 star rating on the great job he did. Jerry Hudson

Travis carefully gave me every scenario of what my garage door needed and I let him do what was needed and I didn’t have a problem with the cost because he said it will last a long time now, even though it’s guaranteed for a year. He said it’ll probably go 20 years. I just needed to pick a good company because couldn’t have fixed this door anyway, and the reviews were very good plus I did recognize one employee I knew when he was a younger man. And if Travis has trained several employees then that makes a great company. Thank you again Travis and precision garage door you have a great employee. Now I have the required two springs instead of one. And new cables bottom wheels, and some new bearings. hooray the door works so good now.

Ahmed Elmenamy did the repair. He was on time and worked for several hours putting the garage door back into working condition. Ahmed is a friendly worker as he explained to me what had to be done to put the garage door into the proper condition. The door now works when we needed to go in and out. Precision Garage Door is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.
