I had Chelsea help me over the phone, she was very knowledgeable and help me schedule a service call. My repair technician was Andrey, he did a throughly inspection on what I needed done and provided appropriate pictures; he proceeded to quote me and give me different options for the repairs. Andrey and his partner did a top class job.

I saw the commercials on TV and contacted the company, they came very quickly. I am going to explain why I gave this rating. First, Ahmed Elemenawy was very good at showing what needed to be done, gave me 3 options of service and when completed, the job was well done. The second part was regarding his conversation with me. We were discussing the repair and the conversation turned and was inappropriate, and disrespectful.

We are very happy with the same day response time. Brandon fixed the steel cables that come off the wheels that transfer the energy from the springs to move the garage door up and down. As a preventative measure replaced the track wheels. The garage door working normally.

Replaced garage door opener/quiet belt drive and remotes. Replaced rollers and torsion cables. 5-star rating- Antonio did a great job! He was on time for the appointment, explained and provided suggestions on what was the best way to fix our issue. He had all the equipment needed to replace everything on the same day which was a nice surprise for us. It only took 2 hrs. from time of estimate to time of job completion. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great Job done by the Technician. He showed up first thing this morning, walked us through everything, did a great job with the repair of our garage door. Everything works great, nice repaired quiet door. Purchased the following, 218 Standard Black, 218 Standard red, ORB Bracket-operator arm bracket, loose Bearing-Knockout bearing, 81602W chain opener w/battery back-up-1/2 HP chain motor, 1R, 893 Max-remote, for reasonable price. My springs broke on a Saturday. On Sunday. Ahmed was here to get my door working again. He very patiently explained how my door and opener worked and what type of maintenance I should do on my own to help keep it working. That was before he even provided me with a series of estimates, which were very easy to understand. I definitely learned more about garage doors than ever before. I felt like I got my money's worth from Precision and will be a customer for as long as I own my home.

Ahmed Elmenamy did the repair. He was on time and worked for several hours putting the garage door back into working condition. Ahmed is a friendly worker as he explained to me what had to be done to put the garage door into the proper condition. The door now works when we needed to go in and out. Precision Garage Door is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Ahmed was very professional and did a thorough safety evaluation of both my garage doors. Once finished, he explained specifically what he found and options to fix the problem. He was not at all trying to sell me. He simply stated what he found. Precision Door and Ahmed are First Class. Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and explained why the garage door opener was making very strange noises. He provided a quote and then proceeded to complete the work during the visit. He called me at 2:15 PM when he was 25 minutes away and was completely done with the work by 6:00 PM. He replaced multiple parts including springs, cables, rollers and opener. I couldn't have been more pleased with Patrick and the quality of his work.

I was quoted $35 for a first time visit on our garage door. When the technician visit he said since we are not moving forward with the service then the visit would be $69. This should be clear over the phone before a visit. He also quoted for a repair $1,800 when every other garage company is charging $500 and under. It was a waste of time and effort. My feedback is that maybe ask for photos over text or email to get a more accurate estimate before a visit and to communicate that with the client.

I loved that I could schedule a day/time that works for me. Brandon T arrived on-time, quickly accessed the problem and explained exactly what had happened. He also took the time to show me how to lube hinges and springs as part of regular homeowner maintenance. He did a great job repairing my door and I would recommend this company confidently knowing you’ll get as good service as I did.
