Brandon, the technician, is, by his own admission, "too pretty to be on one of your tv ads", but my goodness is he good at what he does. First, he arrived promptly - and sent a text alerting me to his arrival time. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained what happened to my 26 year old opener and what my options were. He then quickly and efficiently executed the work and cleaned up very nicely. 5 stars.

Review for Andrey Brodskiy – Precision Garage Door Service The springs on my 40-year-old garage door broke not allowing the door to open. Andrey Brodskiy arrived 2 1/2 hours after my call to Precision. He examined the problem, discussed the options, offered advice on the best solution for the repair. He took the time to explain all the details of what needed to be repaired, which I really appreciated. Andrey went right to work did an outstanding job repairing all the garage door issues in under an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and Precision for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality garage door service.

I like to preface my reviews by providing readers a little about who I am. Im an ex professional baseball player, and career professional, the result of hard work and an unwavering commitment to each & every team and agency I’ve worked for, and have very high expectations of people and service providers, and feel that recognizing hard work & professionalism when it so warrants is important. It was immediately apparent that Precision sent out there 1st stringer with Patrick, as he was professional, approachable, genial and unassuming, extremely knowledgeable, answering any and all questions I had as to the process. He was meticulous in his approach in assessing my garage door, with no corners cut. At the end he provided me with a comprehensive & thorough diagnosis, with two treatment approaches; the 1st, “What will it take to fix and get the door up and running, which equaled a reasonable fee, and a 2nd approach, which entailed the most thorough (20 + Year Garage Door), which we chose. I cannot begin to say enough about Patrick and his steadfast commitment to fixing my garage door the “Correct” way, as if it was his own personal garage door he was working on. Patrick and the front line Ambassadors of any Company are often the unsung hero’s, whose job it is to leave a first and lasting impression for their clients by their behavior & quality of their work while my wife & I reap the Fruits of his hard work & labor, a finished product that exceeded our expectations. All I can say, from start to finish, Precision receives the Highest Marks, If I could give 11 Stars I would. Precision has a Diamond in the Rough when it comes to Patrick! Same day appointment in Folsom, CA. Technician Nick was super efficient, professional and kind. The job was done shortly after my call and I am so pleased with the response time, estimate and quality of repair which was expeditiously performed. Couldn't be happier. I was given 3 options for the work and opted for the 3rd option because my garage door is very old and I have been lucky it lasted as long as it has without needing more repairs. They also take credit cards which I considered a plus.

i was taken financial advantage of ! technician replaced 2 sensors $435.00 technician quoted $2,100 for new unit just bought Costco’s new garage opener for $214.00 has battery backup, 1 1/4hp belt drive, camera and video key pad for the phone. i don’t mind paying for quality service but this was just wrong! going to have another company install new unit….what a waste !

We had a new garage door opener replaced two months ago by Precision Garage Door. We were very happy with our service at that time. Then, we had a little problem with our opener and were able to receive service in a very timely manner. John arrived at our house and went above and beyond to help us. He first diagnosed what was causing the problems. Then, he helped us set up the app on our phones to improve the efficiency of this opener. All of this was completed in a patient and confident manner. John obviously is knowledgeable about his products, but was willing to extend our knowledge to maximize the value of the opener. We are thrilled with this service.

My garage door opener was broken and Nick came out to take a look at it. I need a new opener and rollers. Nick had everything on his truck and had it done in under the time he said it would take. I saw the commercials on TV and contacted the company, they came very quickly. I am going to explain why I gave this rating. First, Ahmed Elemenawy was very good at showing what needed to be done, gave me 3 options of service and when completed, the job was well done. The second part was regarding his conversation with me. We were discussing the repair and the conversation turned and was inappropriate, and disrespectful.

We are very happy with the same day response time. Brandon fixed the steel cables that come off the wheels that transfer the energy from the springs to move the garage door up and down. As a preventative measure replaced the track wheels. The garage door working normally.

Precision Garage Door (PGD) did a fantastic job! I was just ready to leave for the weekend, car packed, keys in hand…then the garage door wouldn’t open. Yikes! Broken spring! Because I’d seen many of PGD’s TV ads, I went to their website and made the earliest appointment online-very easy to do. I called the PGD office to see if I couldn’t get a technician earlier and Travis, the technician, arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled! He proceeded to make the needed repairs and I was on my way in two hours. Door is way better than it was and very happy with the whole experience.
