Brandon Taylor was not only early for the appointment, but was very professional and helpful also in programming a remote for my Liftmaster garage door. He not only gave me a 50% discount on the service charge, but also showed me step by step how to program the remote so I could do so if need to in the future. He also checked my garage door and advised me on how to maintain it with a garage door oil spray. He was very friendly and professional. A delight to interact with.

Of course, it was an emergency, with both cars trapped when the spring broke (again). Precision was able to schedule a visit in a few hours and Ahmed was on site as planned. He did a complete check of the door, provided detailed explanation of the situation and offered tiered options. He had all the parts on hand, and was able to get us back on line.
