Andrey Brodskiy arrived 2 1/2 hours after my call to Precision. He examined the problem, discussed the options, offered advice on the best solution for the repair. He took the time to explain all the details of what needed to be repaired, which I really appreciated. Andrey went right to work did an outstanding job repairing all the garage door issues in under an hour. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him and Precision for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality garage door service.

Of course, it was an emergency, with both cars trapped when the spring broke (again). Precision was able to schedule a visit in a few hours and Ahmed was on site as planned. Brandon Taylor was not only early for the appointment, but was very professional and helpful also in programming a remote for my Liftmaster garage door. He not only gave me a 50% discount on the service charge, but also showed me step by step how to program the remote so I could do so if need to in the future. He also checked my garage door and advised me on how to maintain it with a garage door oil spray. He was very friendly and professional. A delight to interact with.
