I had a previous company do some work on my door and when something wasn't working, in fact it was worse, I called and they didn't back their work. I saw advertised Precision Garage Door and decided to give them a call. The add showed the staff doing the work and it wasn't a scripted add, which caught my attention. My call was answered quickly and they came out the next morning. When Parampreet arrived, he was very friendly, he did an inspection and gave me options along with costs before any work was started. Ahmed Elmenamy did the repair. He was on time and worked for several hours putting the garage door back into working condition. Ahmed is a friendly worker as he explained to me what had to be done to put the garage door into the proper condition. The door now works when we needed to go in and out. Precision Garage Door is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.
