Our garage door hadn't worked in several months; the cable came undone and we were manually lifting it each time. I was able to set a Saturday appointment which meant I didn't have to take time off work. He showed up within the appointment window and was able to complete the full job even though we added a service - we replaced the spring as well. For the cable fix, it cost about $350 and the spring replacement was another $400. Antonio was not only fast but he was very nice!

Your prices are way out of line. Your guy said our springs weren’t heavy duty enough for our door and the springs came with the door which is 3 years old. All we really needed was a new door opener as ours is very old and he quoted us over $1700.00 for a new door opener. We got a much more reasonable quote for $600 for installation of a new opener that will work just fine. Maybe try not upselling seniors!
