Excellent Service. Great Tech. Brandon game me a call and told me his ETA. This is very good now that I'm working from home. I need to know when I needed to be excused from my meetings. He was very polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave me different options on the service. The service was neat, clean, and quick. He informed me of what to look out for and how to maintain my garage doors. He gave me an estimate for future work I would probably need.

Worst fear happened after a long day running errands and garage door wouldn't open. Speed dialed Precision and they sent technician Paul Brinckman over. He arrived early, then methodically assessed the situation. Most importantly, he took the time to explain what happened, then TEACH me what to look for (and what to do) if it should re-occur. Such attention to detail was really appreciated. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door (and technician Paul Brinckman)
