The problem I called about was related to miss aligned sensors. However the tech noticed a major issue that required a brace and a worn belt that was about to fail. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his pointing out the other 2 issues. He was also efficient in the way he performed the repairs.

I did write a review for my work performed today. I went back to read it, and it disappeared. I’ll try this one more time. Patrick L was the technician who came to my home. My car was held hostage in my garage because the garage door would not open. Patrick, checked it out very thoroughly. He replaced a lot of parts, did a lot of work, and it’s magic. It’s just like a brand new garage door. There’s only one more thing I might need done in either two, two, or two, to quote Patrick. When it’s time for any work, I will call your company back and definitely ask for Patrick L to help me again. Very kind and knowledgeable, professional, quick worker, I would give him more than five stars if there were more than five stars available. Thank you so much for helping me out. I was totally frustrated, and now I am so very happy!

I called yesterday, and the service tech was here at noon today. His name is Antonio, and he was very friendly and polite. He agreed after checking all the opener parts, that it needed to be replaced. He also replaced everything in the rails as they were bad too. My husband has seen advertisement on TV. Saturday planning trip to Apple Hill. Pulled car out of garage, and door stuck half opened when closing. Called Precision and dispatch set window tech btwn 12:30-4:30pm. Nathaniel showed up around 2:30pm. Excellent Service, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable about what the problem (cable snapped etc). Replaced all moving parts. Work great, quite, smooth and precise. Big thank you to Nathaniel!

Saturday service is why I phoned. I saw the ads on TV. Antonio did a fantastic job repairing and replacing the items that needed to be replaced. He replaced bearings and springs as well as the opener itself. The cost breakdown was not given in writing. Antonio did say what the costs of the springs and door opener was up front. And when he found that the bearings needed replaced, he mentioned to my husband $100 each for bearings. There were three. I thought your prices were high, but I did appreciate how fast the door was repaired. I did print a coupon I found on your website that was applied to the bill (at least I think so).

Thank you to Ahmed. I have used Precision garage door before the service guys are very professional. Today Ahmed showed up bright and early explained what needed to be done and pricing. Even gave me recommendations on a new garage door, since my is very old and very heavy. Not easy to lift when broken. There was no pressure just information. Thank you again for the professional service. Would definitely call them again.

We had a bracket break and called Precision (honestly thanks to your commercials). Brandon was able to come out within an hour of me calling and was FANTASTIC! We have a larger-than-normal 2 car HEAVY custom garage door, and Brandon performed a full inspection, finding and pointing out other brackets that had already cracks in them and how our rollers were dragging in the tracks. Apparently, we should have been performing maintenance twice yearly, but we didn't know. Brandon is VERY passionate about his work and it shows. Next time we need anything for our garage door we'll call Precision and specifically ask for Brandon. Thanks!!!

I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door of Sacramento. The technician called ahead to let me know his ETA, which I appreciated. Once he arrived, he thoroughly inspected our 26-year-old garage door and clearly explained what needed to be fixed, lubricated, and replaced. He was extremely knowledgeable and detailed in his explanation, which gave me confidence in the service. The only minor issue I encountered was the $69.95 service fee for the quote, which wasn't clearly stated when booking. However, I was pleased that the management addressed this and resolved it professionally afterward. My only suggestion would be to make that service fee more visible upfront during the booking process. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish — great service, great technician and a smoother garage door thanks to Precision!
