I had Boris that called me early morning at about 7.15 saying that he will be at my residence at 8am. The timing was great but his service was not was I expected. He did his fast inspection and told me that he didn't know what to do with the repair and try and gave me a quote for the whole system. His reason/ diagnosis was that my garage door is too heavy and his new motor cannot lift my garage door. Now I have to check with other companies. Not a good experience.

I chose Precision Garage Door Service because I had seen the advertisement on TV. When my garage door opener suddenly wasn't working I called them first. They arranged service immediately and the technician arrived within 2 hours of my initial phone call. I received a confirmation email immediately with a picture of the service tech, and a confirmation phone call from the service tech letting me know when he would arrive. We both looked over the entire garage door opener system, agreed on the parts that had to be replaced (new opener, cables, automatic opener and more) he let me know how long the repairs and replacements would take to complete and he proceeded and completed everything as promised.The tech was professional, left my garage neat and clean, and I couldn't be happier with the new garage door opener. I called Precision on a Friday @ 11:30 AM. and got an appointment between 2:00 and 6:00 PM same day. We received a call at 2:30 PM from our service technician, Andrey Brodskiy informing he was thirty minutes out. Twenty-five minutes later he arrived. Andrey was amazing. With a smile and great attitude, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My garage door has never been serviced (30 years), so it needed updating. Andrey had the door rebuilt, up and running in 70 minutes! Thank you Andrey!

Paul Brinkman came to our house the same day we requested service and did a fantastic job repairing our garage door. One problem was pretty clear but in his review, he identified two other issues.
