Pat was kind and very knowledgeable... although we did not have the repair done through Precision because they were too expensive.

I called Precision on a Friday @ 11:30 AM. and got an appointment between 2:00 and 6:00 PM same day. We received a call at 2:30 PM from our service technician, Andrey Brodskiy informing he was thirty minutes out. Twenty-five minutes later he arrived. Andrey was amazing. With a smile and great attitude, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My garage door has never been serviced (30 years), so it needed updating. Andrey had the door rebuilt, up and running in 70 minutes! Thank you Andrey!

Paul Brinkman came to our house the same day we requested service and did a fantastic job repairing our garage door. One problem was pretty clear but in his review, he identified two other issues. He fixed all three in a timely fashion. Paul explained to me what happened and what he did, and guided me on what to expect with the garage door a few years down the road. Thank you for the great work and service, Paul!

Ersell did a great job, I eventually upgrading to a new Liftmaster garage door opener and new springs once the challenges with my broken opener were explained to me.
