Worst fear happened after a long day running errands and garage door wouldn't open. Speed dialed Precision and they sent technician Paul Brinckman over. He arrived early, then methodically assessed the situation. Most importantly, he took the time to explain what happened, then TEACH me what to look for (and what to do) if it should re-occur.
