Our garage door broke yesterday (Sat.) evening, I called Precision's call center and was able to get an appointment for today. Brandon came to the house at the scheduled time to determine the cause of the garage door failure and gave an estimate of what was needed to fix the door. Brandon answered all my questions, explained in detail the parts that needed to be replaced. He was friendly, very professional, and provided excellent service.

We had contacted another repair company who failed to follow-up or even show up. Precision Garage Door Sacramento Valley was responsive and on time. Nicholas Schwinger provided excellent customer service; was very friendly and knowledgeable; found additional defects in our system and addressed them accordingly. Even adjusted our garage door opener and provided suggestions on how to extend the life of the garage door on our own.

Brandon Taylor was assigned to our maintenance request and even called ahead to request permission to arrive a bit early; to which we readily agreed. After examining our 20 y.o. opener (which was not up to code, btw), we both agreed a new opener was probably in order. He explained the alternative opener choices, including pros & cons of each and the pricing options (including a veteran's discount). Installing the new opener, Brandon worked quickly and efficiently. He was, at all times, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We live in a senior community with over 900 homes. If someone asks me if I know a good garage door repair company, Precision will be my First and Only recommendation.

I had a wonderful experience beginning with the representative answering the phone, listening and understanding my request and explaining the process for either repairing the garage door and/or replacing the door. Travis was the representative who assisted in repairing my garage door. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, gave me scenarios for a Plan A or Plan B or C. He was very patient and took time to walk me through the process for the repairs. He was wonderful!!!! Give this man a promotion! The garage door repairs look and are working fantastically! Get job done but way overpriced. My garage door spring was broken and garage door was jammed. My car was inside of garage so I was in a very vulnerable situation. I had no choice but go ahead use them.

From the phone call, to Andrey leaving my driveway, the process has been very professional and comfortable. Thanks to Heidi getting us on the schedule quickly to allow us to get our car out of the garage, and we were totally impressed with Andrey's skill and personality in getting the door repaired. Our door is over 45 years old with no previous maintenance except lubrication and seals, and we very much accepted his recommendation to replace all the springs, bearings and rollers. it now works very well, and my only complaint is that I now need to buy a barbell as I have lost my morning weight lifting routine. I see Precision's ad on morning TV and, when I needed them, I was able to contact them and speak to someone immediately. An appointment was set up and I was told who my service would be. I immediately was sent an e-mail confirmation with photos of all their techs, just in case the one assigned to me had to be changed. The service tech, Andre, called and was able to get to me sooner than arranged which was great. My problem was fixed and I am very happy with Precision Door Service. Thank you!
