Precision was very responsive. The schedule app was easy to use, fast and correct on the day and time of the service noted. Nick was the technician. Nick was friendly and professional. He gave me a variety of options after his total inspection. The repair was completed in timely manner as stated. The process from start to finish was great and met all of my expectations. I would recommend Precision for garage door repairs as we have used them in the past and were satisfied with the work, they were honest and didn’t try to upsell. This review is for our latest appointment with Nick, who was very proficient with the repair work and was able to come out the same day I called which is a huge plus! I had the opportunity to speak with a manager as I had some questions and he was very responsive and provided excellent customer service which shows this company strives to maintain a satisfied customer base.
