Just like the ads in TV, the technicians had everything on the truck to bring my garage door back to life. And they were great at explaining all of the issues and how to address them. Plus they explained how to use the new opener. Also, options were explained clearly on which new opener would serve us best. Very professional crew. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Antonio Mendoza did a great job in resolving the issue with our garage door. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He presented me with options if I did not want everything done right now. He called them the "good" and "better" options. Not sure about the pricing though because I didn't shop around but I am very satisfied with the final result.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Brandon called 20 minutes before arriving. Arrived on time. Was completely professional, very nice, exceptionally knowledgeable. He finished within about an hour (maybe less). I would 100% recommend!

I chose precision because I saw the ad. I knew that they have all equipment available when they come to do estimates. Most other vendors don't have parts available and I did not want to wait to get my garage door fixed. However I found them to be a little pricey. But the technician was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall the work was done well and in a timely manner.

Service technician was very helpful and the job was done quickly. The service repair rates are extremely high. I had to approve the repair because it was the weekend. The invoice didn't show the 5% Military discount as I served back in the late 70's.

The whole experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I called Precision this morning because they were recommended by a friend. When I called, the phone was answered promptly and, in a few minutes, the person who took my call was able to schedule someone to my home at a time block of my choosing. Also, she was very clear about the initial cost so there would be no surprises. The Technician, Nathaniel Lapidez, arrived on time, inspected and tested the door and clearly explained what the problem was and what I need to have done in order to end up with a working garage door. Nathaniel did the installation, programmed all the remotes and answered all my questions.

Brandon Taylor did not charge us for a service call because of his recognition that we were insufficient with due diligence prior to allowing work to proceed by individuals who subjected us to exorbitant fees for their equipment and work. Brandon was explicit in assuring us that our new opener system is functioning properly but recommended that we report the installers’ unacceptably high fees to the Better Business Bureau and the California State Licensing Board. Even if we have no other recourse for the financial impact that we sustained, others need to be reminded that unethical installers are practicing their craft and need to be avoided.

Our garage door was very unbalanced. One of them seemed to strain as we would open or close it. The other one would stop closing over and over again. Very frustrating. Ahmed did a very nice job in correcting the problems and stuck with it when he might have been able to cut corners. I was very satisfied with his knowledge and commitment to get it done right.

Technician was on time and reviewed the garage door system and gave us options on the services he could provide to fix the problems he discovered. He showed us each problem he discovered and explained what problem he discovered and if we wanted to let the problem go until later or fix it now. He explained what he was doing every step of the repair process. He was able to program the car remote to the garage door. Technician was polite, through and was able to complete the repair in minimum time. Very good experience and would recommend precision service for garage door repairs.

Today Mr Ahmed came from Precision Door to fix my garage door. He called before he came and he was right on time. He conducted a thorough check of the door system then diagnosed the problems. He showed and explained every issue. I fully trusted him and my faith was well placed. He did an excellent job and all is fixed with quality materials. I highly recommend Ahmed and this business. Travis did a great job diagnosing our garage door opener problems and installing a new one. He kept us informed and actually showed us the problem before incurring additional expense. Our previous garage door opener was over 17 years old so we knew more than likely it would need to be replaced. I wanted to write a Google review but it wasn’t an option.

This review is for our latest appointment with Nick, who was very proficient with the repair work and was able to come out the same day I called which is a huge plus! Very nice, efficient and Nate the technician was great. I called them with a garage door issue that needed solving quickly because it wouldn't close. Nick, my technician was outstanding! He called me prior to the appointment, arrived when he said he would, and gave me expertise recommendations on products and equipments needed to help my garage door open smoothly and quietly. I was amazed at how the the new springs and rollers made all the difference in lightening the load or my garage door, and how these parts further enhanced the levels that my door could open and close without it feeling as if it weighed 300 lbs. I had a torsion spring break on a Saturday night after 6. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The booking process was easy online and the fact they emailed me the tech who was assigned was very helpful. Ahmed showed up early, described the options for the work. Examined the door and provided good preventative maintenance tips. He was very efficient with his time finished the job promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.

We were very pleased with the service from Precision Garage Door. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional, our technician, Nicholas Schwinger, arrived promptly, was very friendly and pleasant, and did a good and careful job figuring out our problem. It appeared our garage door motor was dead, so we arranged to purchase a new one for $1,500, and Nick set about installing it. But partway through the job, he realized the motor actually still worked, and the problem was actually with the switch. So he put away all the new motor paraphernalia and instead fixed our switch for $124! It would have been easy for Nick to simply continue installing the new motor, and we are grateful for (and impressed by) his integrity in letting us know our problem was much smaller and cheaper to fix. We definitely will call him back when the motor actually DOES fail!

I was expecting only that someone would fix the part that was keeping me from lowering the door. I had no idea that he would come equipped to do a full overhaul on a Saturday evening. Amazing service. We had a broken spring in our garage that trapped our car. We called a real person at Precision and were quickly helped. Our technician, John Glasky, called us 45 minutes before he arrived and let us know that he was on the way. After discussing our 15-year-old-door system, we asked for, and received three options for repairing the door as well as replacing the door opener. There was NO PRESSURE and we choose the best option - basically upgrading the entire system. John was efficient and very neat. He explained the entire system to us. What a great experience!
