I would recommend Precision for garage door repairs as we have used them in the past and were satisfied with the work, they were honest and didn’t try to upsell. This review is for our latest appointment with Nick, who was very proficient with the repair work and was able to come out the same day I called which is a huge plus! I had the opportunity to speak with a manager as I had some questions and he was very responsive and provided excellent customer service which shows this company strives to maintain a satisfied customer base.

Very nice, efficient and Nate the technician was great. I called them with a garage door issue that needed solving quickly because it wouldn't close. They sent someone out the next day and got it taken care of immediately. Everything about the company from the call to the repair was done with first class service.

Nick, my technician was outstanding! He called me prior to the appointment, arrived when he said he would, and gave me expertise recommendations on products and equipments needed to help my garage door open smoothly and quietly. I was amazed at how the the new springs and rollers made all the difference in lightening the load or my garage door, and how these parts further enhanced the levels that my door could open and close without it feeling as if it weighed 300 lbs. I would recommend Precision every time. And oh, I forgot to add they even honored my military service, gave me a discount! Thanks for supporting our Veterans!

I had a torsion spring break on a Saturday night after 6. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. The booking process was easy online and the fact they emailed me the tech who was assigned was very helpful. Ahmed showed up early, described the options for the work. Examined the door and provided good preventative maintenance tips. He was very efficient with his time finished the job promptly and was a pleasure to deal with.

We were very pleased with the service from Precision Garage Door. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional, our technician, Nicholas Schwinger, arrived promptly, was very friendly and pleasant, and did a good and careful job figuring out our problem. It appeared our garage door motor was dead, so we arranged to purchase a new one for $1,500, and Nick set about installing it. But partway through the job, he realized the motor actually still worked, and the problem was actually with the switch. So he put away all the new motor paraphernalia and instead fixed our switch for $124! It would have been easy for Nick to simply continue installing the new motor, and we are grateful for (and impressed by) his integrity in letting us know our problem was much smaller and cheaper to fix. We definitely will call him back when the motor actually DOES fail!

I was expecting only that someone would fix the part that was keeping me from lowering the door. I had no idea that he would come equipped to do a full overhaul on a Saturday evening. Nathaniel replaced all the moving parts and made everything work like new. We are thrilled! Nathaniel did a wonderful job of explaining what he was going to do and why. It was also a pleasure to have him around.

Our garage door broke yesterday (Sat.) evening, I called Precision's call center and was able to get an appointment for today. Brandon came to the house at the scheduled time to determine the cause of the garage door failure and gave an estimate of what was needed to fix the door. Brandon answered all my questions, explained in detail the parts that needed to be replaced. He was friendly, very professional, and provided excellent service.

Brandon Taylor was assigned to our maintenance request and even called ahead to request permission to arrive a bit early; to which we readily agreed. After examining our 20 y.o. opener (which was not up to code, btw), we both agreed a new opener was probably in order. He explained the alternative opener choices, including pros & cons of each and the pricing options (including a veteran's discount). Installing the new opener, Brandon worked quickly and efficiently. He was, at all times, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We live in a senior community with over 900 homes. If someone asks me if I know a good garage door repair company, Precision will be my First and Only recommendation.

I had a wonderful experience beginning with the representative answering the phone, listening and understanding my request and explaining the process for either repairing the garage door and/or replacing the door. Travis was the representative who assisted in repairing my garage door. He was extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, gave me scenarios for a Plan A or Plan B or C. Travis did a great job diagnosing our garage door opener problems and installing a new one. He kept us informed and actually showed us the problem before incurring additional expense. Our previous garage door opener was over 17 years old so we knew more than likely it would need to be replaced. I wanted to write a Google review but it wasn’t an option.
