The work was done in a satisfactory manner. It was pricey. More than $1000 for a job that took less than an hour. What really disappoints me is that they would not help at all with reprogramming the old remotes and Homelink on my car beyond saying to try standard reprogramming instructions, which I had already tried multiple times. They would only have me buy their extra remotes. YouTube tells me I need an adapter for Homelink for the current model of the garage opener they installed. Precision would not even tell me that. The technician said he would have his manager call me. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager. This is poor service!

I called Precision and able to get same day appt. Ersell Williams was my tech, very professional and thorough with his explanation of what the problem was and the repairs needed. The quote was a fair price and he completed the job within 2 hours, garage door works better now than before needing the repair. Ersell came out to fix and adjust my garage door opener which was out of alignment and needed the limiters adjusted. This caused the door to begin sagging when open. The door made terrible noises and was jumping in it's track. Ersell knew right away and diagnosed the issue corrected it and showed me the issue I was having. Ersell could not have been more engaged and thorough. It was a pleasure to have a service tech that was dedicated to repairing and solving my issue. Precision is my new door company!! My daughter comes in late Thursday night, only to find the garage door wouldn’t come up. I find the Torsion Spring to have snapped. The weight of a 16ft insulated door has my cars held captive, so I know what I’ll be doing first thing in the morning. I call the company I purchased the door from, and their earliest was MAYBE Saturday, but Monday for sure. I then contacted Precision Door Service at 8:30a and was slotted for 10a-2p. Andrey Brodskiy calls me at 9:38a and arrives at 10a. He inspects the door, explains other noticed issues and suggest additional considerations. My bearings, cables, drums, and springs were replaced and Andrey was done at 10:55a. Though I was thoroughly satisfied with the timeliness and service, and even more impressed with Andrey. In addition to giving service with a smile, he’s an engaging young man and he ACTUALLY works. He reminds me of my own son, these qualities are rare in this generation. Precision Door Service, you have a jewel in Andrey Brodskiy!!!

Precision Garage Door did an amazing job replacing my old opener with a brand new one! Within a couple of hours of my initial call, Brandon was able to get over to my home earlier than expected. He instantly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and laid out all my options. He also made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed before he left. Hello, My name is Diane and I had some of the best customer service ever!!! My garage door broke yesterday, when I got home from work!!! Friday night , and I'm stuck at home, because we couldn't manually open the garage door to pull my car out I jumped online and in started making calls. I had actually scheduled an appointment with a different company, but when I hung up with them, I didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling! So I decided to keep looking, and my next call was PRECISION. When I hung up with them, and then received an email confirmation and she said they will call if they are running ahead of schedule....PERFECT!! Well lucky me, they were running ahead of schedule!! Andrey & Resell were the DYNAMIC DUO!! Excellent customer service! Very knowledgable, in explaining what happened and what he RECOMMENDS!! NO PRESSURE!!
