Hello, My name is Diane and I had some of the best customer service ever!!! My garage door broke yesterday, when I got home from work!!! Friday night , and I'm stuck at home, because we couldn't manually open the garage door to pull my car out I jumped online and in started making calls. I had actually scheduled an appointment with a different company, but when I hung up with them, I didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling! So I decided to keep looking, and my next call was PRECISION. When I hung up with them, and then received an email confirmation and she said they will call if they are running ahead of schedule....PERFECT!! Well lucky me, they were running ahead of schedule!! Andrey & Resell were the DYNAMIC DUO!! Excellent customer service! Very knowledgable, in explaining what happened and what he RECOMMENDS!! NO PRESSURE!! When he was done, and presented to me all of my options, I didn't hesitate, to move forward. They were quick, made sure if was working properly AND showed me everything they did!! I WAS IMPRESSED!! Excellent Service. Great Tech. Brandon game me a call and told me his ETA. This is very good now that I'm working from home. I need to know when I needed to be excused from my meetings. He was very polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave me different options on the service. The service was neat, clean, and quick. Paul was very nice and knowledgeable about why my new 5 day old garage door would not close. It became an emergency and he was here within 30 minutes after I made 2 calls to Precision Garage Door. He said that the sensors weren't aligned correctly. The door would close within about 6 inches and then pull back up and a message would appear saying that there is a "sensor obstruction". He adjusted the sensors and said that should fix it.
