Excellent Service. Great Tech. Brandon game me a call and told me his ETA. This is very good now that I'm working from home. I need to know when I needed to be excused from my meetings. He was very polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave me different options on the service. The service was neat, clean, and quick. He informed me of what to look out for and how to maintain my garage doors. He gave me an estimate for future work I would probably need.

Paul was very nice and knowledgeable about why my new 5 day old garage door would not close. It became an emergency and he was here within 30 minutes after I made 2 calls to Precision Garage Door. He said that the sensors weren't aligned correctly. The door would close within about 6 inches and then pull back up and a message would appear saying that there is a "sensor obstruction". He adjusted the sensors and said that should fix it.
