I chose precision because I saw the ad. I knew that they have all equipment available when they come to do estimates. Most other vendors don't have parts available and I did not want to wait to get my garage door fixed. However I found them to be a little pricey. But the technician was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall the work was done well and in a timely manner.

Ahmed Elmenavy is an awesome technician. Knowledgeable. Got treated like his other customer's with dignity and respect. Presented a thorough and honest assessment of the damaged and existing conditions of the whole garage door components including proper maintenance and safety to improve performance and longevity. Pretty sure he will be referred to friends and families. Good job Ahmed. Thanks for the service.

I only need garage door repair occasionally. Precision Garage did a really good job on replacing an old door opener and their technician Ahmed Elmenawy was on time, courteous and efficient.

The technician was very friendly and after some process of elimination he was able to fix the problem. He was there about 30 minutes. Only a small piece of angle metal was required. The total cost was $259. While I knew the estimate and had agreed to the amount before he started the work. I was surprised the fix was so simple (new piece of angle metal and tightening the spring) that the cost was so high. $250 for 30 minutes of labor seems high to me. Oh well, live and learn.

Paul was friendly and competent. Also the lady who booked my appointment late on a Friday (10/29) for the next day (today 10/30/2021) was also nice to work with but I don't know her name.
