Great service 10/10. I called Friday for a full garage replacement including opener and got an appointment Monday afternoon - ANTONIO & his partner (I’m sorry can’t remember his name, he’s bald…) were very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable about the full replacement. Installation was scheduled for Wednesday and ARMANDO started promptly at 8 am and finished at 11 am - I was impressed he finished in exactly 3 hours as he said he would. Super quick and friendly. I really like the seal they installed around the frame to keep bugs out. Garage worked great after installing, but after opening the garage over and over, it stopped closing! I called Precision and they were able to help me schedule a fix-it appointment the same day. ANTONIO & his partner (can’t remember his name either sorry) were very quick to fix the minor issue of the sensors being misaligned - luckily I DOWNLOADED THE APP for the garage opener and it told me what the issue was. Definitely download the app for more info about your garage! Overall, I’m very happy with my new garage and service I received, especially full installation in less than 7 days from my initial call. I paid $3.8k for 16x7 non insulated door with opener. 10/10!

Sebastian Dominggus is a skilled Krasman without peer. Basically rebuilt, our garage door opener, the garage door, etc. and I feel like we have a brand new opener. I recommend them highly. He also has a great smile very gracious, polite, and genius young man will call him back anytime we need something.

I called Precision Garage Door to help with a broken torsion spring. The technicians that came, Antonio and Ron, gave me a call to let me know they were coming, and they arrived exactly when they said they would. Antonio was incredibly knowledgeable on my existing setup as soon as he looked at it. He was able to clearly explain to me what issue I was having, what the cause likely was, and what the process to repair would look like. Both he and Ron were very kind and respectful to me and my home, and they showed that they really cared about making sure that me and my family had a functional, and safe, garage door system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the quality and value of the service they provided. 10/10 will use Precision for all of my garage door needs.

They’ll take your old motor but leave you with the garage door which is fine. Antonio and Ron provided very professional and swift service. I plan to use them again in the future.

On Feb 4th, 2026 I had my liftmaster wall mounted garage door opener upgraded The installer noted the shaft bearings needed replacement and I agreed they were rather loose In addition, the wheels that guided garage door were worn out needed to be replaced. I requested the torsion springs be replaced All the aforementioned were offered as "options" but made sense to address them In addition all the hand held remotes and even my new 2025 Toyota Corolla rearview mirror Remote garage door opener were configured for me at no additional charge I figured at this time installer probably should just move in LOL Results of the new installation was a super quiet door on rollers and easy to lift using the emergency pull down chain. I would have to give "kudos" to liftmaster for their MYQ Model 98022 garage door opener, it was the latest version.
