Called this morning, and they scheduled me with a 4-hour window within 1.5 hours of my call. Emailed me the technician and their photo so i could confirm upon arrival. Very pleasant and polite technician. Only downside was the cost, but i guess if you have the expertise to fix what i broke.....it is worth it! I would recommend them any time.

I am so pleased with the service provided today. My garage door opener was dying. It turns out there were many more issues that I was not aware. The technician explained everything in detail. He listened to my concerns and issues. Patrick is one of the best technicians and representatives for your company. He is polite, professional, and thorough. My garage door had completely stopped working. The technician arrived promptly, efficiently diagnosed the issue, and offered me ways to fix it. A little expensive but more than worth it. Found problems I would have never found until other major problems would have occurred. Anthony did a great job. Definitely use them again. The repair was great. Our door sounded like an elephant opening and closing. Now very quiet. He did a very good job in a short time. Showed up on time, very personable went beyond what Anthony had to do. Extremely happy. Definitely will use them again.

Amazing service. We had a broken spring in our garage that trapped our car. We called a real person at Precision and were quickly helped. Our technician, John Glasky, called us 45 minutes before he arrived and let us know that he was on the way. After discussing our 15-year-old-door system, we asked for, and received three options for repairing the door as well as replacing the door opener. There was NO PRESSURE and we choose the best option - basically upgrading the entire system. John was efficient and very neat. He explained the entire system to us. What a great experience!

Just like the ads in TV, the technicians had everything on the truck to bring my garage door back to life. And they were great at explaining all of the issues and how to address them. Plus they explained how to use the new opener. Also, options were explained clearly on which new opener would serve us best. Very professional crew. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Antonio Mendoza did a great job in resolving the issue with our garage door. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He presented me with options if I did not want everything done right now. He called them the "good" and "better" options. Not sure about the pricing though because I didn't shop around but I am very satisfied with the final result.

I chose precision because I saw the ad. I knew that they have all equipment available when they come to do estimates. Most other vendors don't have parts available and I did not want to wait to get my garage door fixed. However I found them to be a little pricey. But the technician was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall the work was done well and in a timely manner.

Service technician was very helpful and the job was done quickly. The service repair rates are extremely high. I had to approve the repair because it was the weekend. The invoice didn't show the 5% Military discount as I served back in the late 70's.

The whole experience with Precision Garage Door was excellent. I called Precision this morning because they were recommended by a friend. When I called, the phone was answered promptly and, in a few minutes, the person who took my call was able to schedule someone to my home at a time block of my choosing. Also, she was very clear about the initial cost so there would be no surprises. The Technician, Nathaniel Lapidez, arrived on time, inspected and tested the door and clearly explained what the problem was and what I need to have done in order to end up with a working garage door. Nathaniel did the installation, programmed all the remotes and answered all my questions.

My overall experience was terrific. I called Precision around 7:00 am and my problem was resolved (spring replacements) by 11. Andrey, the technician arrived early, was very friendly and professional. He gave me some maintenance tips that I could do myself to extend the life of my door. I would have no hesitation recommending Precision for any garage door repairs.
