Thank you to Ahmed. I have used Precision garage door before the service guys are very professional. Today Ahmed showed up bright and early explained what needed to be done and pricing. Even gave me recommendations on a new garage door, since my is very old and very heavy. Not easy to lift when broken. There was no pressure just information. Thank you again for the professional service. Would definitely call them again.

We had a bracket break and called Precision (honestly thanks to your commercials). Brandon was able to come out within an hour of me calling and was FANTASTIC! We have a larger-than-normal 2 car HEAVY custom garage door, and Brandon performed a full inspection, finding and pointing out other brackets that had already cracks in them and how our rollers were dragging in the tracks. Apparently, we should have been performing maintenance twice yearly, but we didn't know. Brandon is VERY passionate about his work and it shows. Next time we need anything for our garage door we'll call Precision and specifically ask for Brandon. Thanks!!!

Travis Behn arrived on time and after explaining the procedure for replacing the broken springs, went right to work. It took a little over an hour to install and check the door's working condition and he was finished. He was easy to talk to and it was a very pleasant experience!

Superb service. My garage door had needed attention for some time. I saw a Precision Garage Door Service ad at 12:30, and by 2:30 the same day, new springs were installed, and the door was operating perfectly! It was not inexpensive, but it was worth every penny to have it fixed so quickly and effectively. The technician, Ahmed Elmenawy was professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

My overall experience was terrific. I called Precision around 7:00 am and my problem was resolved (spring replacements) by 11. Andrey, the technician arrived early, was very friendly and professional. He gave me some maintenance tips that I could do myself to extend the life of my door. Called this morning, and they scheduled me with a 4-hour window within 1.5 hours of my call. Emailed me the technician and their photo so i could confirm upon arrival. Very pleasant and polite technician. Only downside was the cost, but i guess if you have the expertise to fix what i broke.....it is worth it! I would recommend them any time.

A little expensive but more than worth it. Found problems I would have never found until other major problems would have occurred. Anthony did a great job. Definitely use them again. The repair was great. Our door sounded like an elephant opening and closing. Now very quiet. He did a very good job in a short time. My Dad has seen their ads on TV and felt they were reputable. We did some basic review checking, and all the results were positive. We called on a Sunday! They had a live person answering the call, and we had an appointment the following day. The technician, Nicholas Schwinger, called first thing and arrived on time (actually early, impressive). He was knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to our concerns, and after checking the system, he made his recommendations. He walked us through his suggestions, making sure we understood what he was saying and why it was important. Within two hours, we had a new motor, new wheels, and basically everything new (our system was 15 years old). Nicholas's work exceeded our expectations. We felt we were in good hands and appreciated the quality of work and products used.
