Precision Garage Door did an amazing job replacing my old opener with a brand new one! Within a couple of hours of my initial call, Brandon was able to get over to my home earlier than expected. I called Precision Door because my garage door would only open about 1-1/2 feet off the ground and then would stop. I had just had the springs replaced not long ago and a support bar put on the inside of the door since it was starting to crack in one spot. The girl who answered the phone was kind of short and not the friendliest so I wasn't sure if I wanted to use this company or not. But they were were able to come out the following day so I took a chance. Boy was I glad I did! I got two services techs. Tatylor Brandon and Williams Ersell showed up. They not only showed up but called me in advance as I was told they would, and they were able to come sooner than expected. After just a few minutes of looking at my door they knew what was wrong. The springs that were installed were the wrong size for the added weight of the support bar and the insulation that we had added. These two guys were AMAZING. They took the time to show me how they could tell it was wrong, they replaced the bearings and showed me the difference between the old and new ones, they showed me where things were rubbing and they were very professional, friendly and quick. I wasn't happy about having to pay for something that I just did, but I was very happy with the service, honesty and friendliness of these two. Thank you for sending such wonderful guys to assist in fixing my door. Your company truly is lucky to have such great employees as these two. I will be recommending your company in the future and using you again if needed because of the service I got this time.

Excellent Service. Great Tech. Brandon game me a call and told me his ETA. This is very good now that I'm working from home. I need to know when I needed to be excused from my meetings.
