We were very impressed with the service that Brandon Taylor gave us when he came to fix our garage door opener. He was on time and very polite.He was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed and wanted in a garage door opener. Precision Garage Door did an amazing job replacing my old opener with a brand new one! Within a couple of hours of my initial call, Brandon was able to get over to my home earlier than expected. He instantly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and laid out all my options. He also made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed before he left. The work was completed in just about an hour. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. The same day service worked out for me perfectly! If you ever need garage door service in a pinch, look no further than these guys!

I called Precision Door because my garage door would only open about 1-1/2 feet off the ground and then would stop. I had just had the springs replaced not long ago and a support bar put on the inside of the door since it was starting to crack in one spot. The girl who answered the phone was kind of short and not the friendliest so I wasn't sure if I wanted to use this company or not. But they were were able to come out the following day so I took a chance. Boy was I glad I did! I got two services techs. Tatylor Brandon and Williams Ersell showed up. They not only showed up but called me in advance as I was told they would, and they were able to come sooner than expected. After just a few minutes of looking at my door they knew what was wrong. The springs that were installed were the wrong size for the added weight of the support bar and the insulation that we had added. These two guys were AMAZING. They took the time to show me how they could tell it was wrong, they replaced the bearings and showed me the difference between the old and new ones, they showed me where things were rubbing and they were very professional, friendly and quick. I wasn't happy about having to pay for something that I just did, but I was very happy with the service, honesty and friendliness of these two. Thank you for sending such wonderful guys to assist in fixing my door. Your company truly is lucky to have such great employees as these two. I will be recommending your company in the future and using you again if needed because of the service I got this time.

Although it was not a critical issue, Brandon took the time to show me what to look for in the future if it should happen again. He was very courteous and professional. Excellent Service. Great Tech. Brandon game me a call and told me his ETA. This is very good now that I'm working from home. I need to know when I needed to be excused from my meetings. He was very polite and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and gave me different options on the service. The service was neat, clean, and quick. Brandon was knowledgeable, considerate, helpful and thought of the little things like make sure not a drop of lubricant fell on one of our cars.
