Making an appointment with Precision on line was easy. Mitchell called me when he was on his way. He was professional and fixed my garage door issues same day in a reasonable time frame. I would recommend Precision for any garage door problems.

Mitch was servicing a neighbor’s garage door when I walked over to ask him about mine. My remote controls were not usually working, and I wanted to get them fixed. When he finished his first job, he came right over and inspected my door. It turned out that my garage door was in need of more than a change of battery. The wheels were partially off their tracks and the springs had weakened. Mitch was able to fix everything that afternoon by installing a stronger motor, springs, and wheels as well as a new outside remote. Everything now works, and it’s much quieter. I learned a lot about how those pieces work. Thank you, Mitch, for your patience and expertise.

Then, we had a little problem with our opener and were able to receive service in a very timely manner. John arrived at our house and went above and beyond to help us. He first diagnosed what was causing the problems. Then, he helped us set up the app on our phones to improve the efficiency of this opener. He very patiently explained how my door and opener worked and what type of maintenance I should do on my own to help keep it working. That was before he even provided me with a series of estimates, which were very easy to understand. I definitely learned more about garage doors than ever before. Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and explained why the garage door opener was making very strange noises. He provided a quote and then proceeded to complete the work during the visit. He called me at 2:15 PM when he was 25 minutes away and was completely done with the work by 6:00 PM.
