We were very impressed with the installer that was sent out to fix our door. It was on a Sunday and we were surprised that they came out that very day.After he was through he made sure that everything was picked up and left the Garage in better shape. We would have no problem in referring this company to our neighbors.

When I booked an appointment to have our garage door looked at, I was told the service call would be $35, as it was half off their ordinary $70 charge. At the inspection, the man gave me a quote of $2300 something to fix the door. I told him I'd think about it and talk it over with my wife. He then charged me $70. I asked about the 1/2 off special, and he said that only applies if we have them do the repairs. I called the office to ask why I wasn't told this stipulation, and got nothing much of an explanation. I called another company, and they gave me a price of $625 to fix the door, and didn't charge anything as an "inspection fee." I'd advise anyone to get multiple quotes, to compare companies.

That is not ok, and we apologize. We like to have happy customers, as a courtesy we will rebate back the $69.95 to your Visa # ending with 6970. Just to clarify...for us to just come out it's $69.95 every time. If you decided on our service, we discount by 50% to $34.95 + whatever the cost for parts & labor will be. If the customer chooses to not move forward with our quotes, then we charge the full $69.95. We are happy you were able to get your door repaired at a cost you felt comfortable with. We are not the most expensive company out there, and we are not the cheapest (we do not want to be), but we do try and be very professional. Your decision to do research after we provided a quote is ideal for all customers, that way they feel best moving forward with their decision. We do not put pressure on our customers. The technician Brandon Taylor was timely and courteous. He explained the repair in detail so I could make an informed decision. He even offers for me to check my home warranty to confirm if the springs and rollers were covered; and they were not. I would recommend precision door services to my friends and family.

The technician, Mr. Andrev Brodskiy, who installed our new garage door opener was the epitome of professionalism, attention to detail, and craftmanship. I watched Andrev from the beginning of his installation to the end and he was meticulous in his work and did an outstanding job. Technician was thorough in cost breakdown and various options. Thought the cost was a quite pricy. However, workmanship was great so maybe the cost may be worth it. We'll find it how it holds out within the year. The garage door seems to work better and quieter.

I called Precision Garage Door to fix what I thought was a broken door opener remote. When the technician, Ersell Williams, looked at my system, he saw that there was more wrong than just the remote. He was very professional and showed me the broken/worn parts of my 27 year old garage door opener. There was no doubt that it needed to be replaced. He then showed me several options to replace the system, what each option would consist of, and their prices. He came back the next day to install my new system and I'm very pleased with it. Ersell was knowledgable, fast, and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

I called Precision Door because my garage door would only open about 1-1/2 feet off the ground and then would stop. I had just had the springs replaced not long ago and a support bar put on the inside of the door since it was starting to crack in one spot. The girl who answered the phone was kind of short and not the friendliest so I wasn't sure if I wanted to use this company or not. But they were were able to come out the following day so I took a chance. Boy was I glad I did! I got two services techs. Tatylor Brandon and Williams Ersell showed up. They not only showed up but called me in advance as I was told they would, and they were able to come sooner than expected. After just a few minutes of looking at my door they knew what was wrong. The springs that were installed were the wrong size for the added weight of the support bar and the insulation that we had added. These two guys were AMAZING. They took the time to show me how they could tell it was wrong, they replaced the bearings and showed me the difference between the old and new ones, they showed me where things were rubbing and they were very professional, friendly and quick. I wasn't happy about having to pay for something that I just did, but I was very happy with the service, honesty and friendliness of these two. Thank you for sending such wonderful guys to assist in fixing my door. Your company truly is lucky to have such great employees as these two. I will be recommending your company in the future and using you again if needed because of the service I got this time.

***ZERO STARS***** Do NOT use this company. RUN AWAY! They are liars, cheaters, and thieves. They tried to take advantage of me. They tried charging me $1100 for parts that weren’t broken! These people make me sick. So disappointed and NOT OK! I got my garage door fixed for $275! I warn you. Do NOT use this company.
