Brandon, the technician, is, by his own admission, "too pretty to be on one of your tv ads", but my goodness is he good at what he does. First, he arrived promptly - and sent a text alerting me to his arrival time. He arrived on time and thoroughly explained what happened to my 26 year old opener and what my options were. He then quickly and efficiently executed the work and cleaned up very nicely. 5 stars.

Same day appointment in Folsom, CA. Technician Nick was super efficient, professional and kind. The job was done shortly after my call and I am so pleased with the response time, estimate and quality of repair which was expeditiously performed. Couldn't be happier. I was given 3 options for the work and opted for the 3rd option because my garage door is very old and I have been lucky it lasted as long as it has without needing more repairs. They also take credit cards which I considered a plus.

Replaced garage door opener/quiet belt drive and remotes. Replaced rollers and torsion cables. 5-star rating- Antonio did a great job! He was on time for the appointment, explained and provided suggestions on what was the best way to fix our issue. He had all the equipment needed to replace everything on the same day which was a nice surprise for us. It only took 2 hrs. from time of estimate to time of job completion. I would definitely recommend this company.

Patrick Leahy was an excellent technician. He was able to listen to my system and figure out what services needed to be done. I needed new remotes for my garage door opener, so he tried four different universal remotes. None of them worked, so he found the link on Amazon so I could order the exact remotes for my garage door opener and program them. He performed maintenance work that I would have never thought of. He explained how "what I thought were just how it sounds" were grinding noises that could be remedied by lubricating the hinges and replacing the rollers. He also explained why the hinges needed to be lubricated to extend the life of the motor. Great technician!

Just want to comment that Andrey did an excellent job fixing my garage door that had a broken spring. He replaced it with two springs since it is a doublewide door and replaced a number of rollers plus lubricating things. So he needs to receive 5 star rating on the great job he did. Jerry Hudson

When you call the professionals, you expect them to do a professional job. Not the case here STAY AWAY!!! CON ARTISTS!! Boris just left after giving me a quote for $2000. He did a fast inspection and said I needed new springs, rollers, bearing, torsion rod (the works). I followed him while he was investigating and I noticed (it’s pictured on my Yelp reviews) that one of the bolts that mounts the motor to the ceiling was completely loose. Notice the shiny metal it must have backed off after years of vibration. I didn’t mention this because I didn’t want to be charged to tighten a bolt. After he left, I tightened 1 bolt and my garage door works perfectly fine. Exactly how it should. The excessive wobble from the loose motor mount that forces it to stop anymore was now gone. The fact that a company like this won’t even do a full inspection and will send these quotes out to senior citizens, single parents and people who may not know any better is criminal. I’m happy I have a somewhat mechanical background and know how to do something as simple as turn a wrench. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DISHONEST AND ZERO PRIDE IN THEIR CRAFT!

Excellent experience. Ahmed Elmenawy, the technician called ahead to say he would arrive in half an hour. He was extremely helpful in explaining the situation with my old garage door system. Important note is the pricing for parts. The technician was going to re-install a cable that jumped loose. I wanted to purchase 2 new cables. The price was over $500. The cost to re-install the exiting cable was $140. The amount of work he performed to install the cable was no more than if they were 2 new cables. I would have paid the additional $60 for two new cables ( 5X home depot price). I would also included two spools for at least 4X home depot price. The final cost would have been $250. Instead you sold no parts, and that lost my recommendation and 5 stars.

This company is ridiculously overpriced. My husband is a contractor and immediately knew 1800+ to replace a spring was a rip-off. We can get a whole new door for that. The technician was nice but what a waste of $70 for a service call to find out these guys are scammers

We had Technician Andry come out to reprogram our garage door panel. We had called first another company and they were very dismissive about our issue saying “that can’t be done you need to remove the panel and buy a universal one then it will work”. Well NO ,we called Precision and he came out explained how to do it , did it for me and was wonderful, professional and informative and very helpful and pleasant to speak with took him less than 10 minutes. Also said if any issues give him a call. We will definitely keep this number handy and ask for this same technician. Very happy.

I tried to open my garage door at 1:15pm on Saturday 12/11/21 and the coil spring broke. I found Precision online and called them at 1:30pm. Andrey called me at 1:45pm and advised he was on his way. After an inspection of the entire system I got a quote and he told me he would be done that same afternoon. We replaced the entire system except for the support rails and the door. Now the door opens with a minimal amount of noise and its obvious that Andrey did a super repair. Thank you!

What on the Internet and found your website. I made an appointment for the following day and I was quoted would cost approximately $119 to have the spring replaced and And $45 for the service charge. The technician came and quoted me Over $500 Dollars plus to have replace two bearings, plus the spring I know bearing Do not cost $150 each. Technician was here for a less than an hour
