This company is ridiculously overpriced. My husband is a contractor and immediately knew 1800+ to replace a spring was a rip-off. We can get a whole new door for that. The technician was nice but what a waste of $70 for a service call to find out these guys are scammers

Brandon was very knowledgeable and he took his time to explain all aspects of the garage door components. He explained to us what should be done furthermore, as well as gave us every accessable option to replacing the garage door. After he accessed the issues of our garage door, he was very honest on what was needed and was fast with the repairs. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I needed a garage door repair. My son recommended Precision Garage Door. He used them about a month ago in the Bay Area and was extremely satisfied. I called Ersell Williams came the very next day. He was courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. He installed new, springs, rollers, garage door opener along with servicing everything in a little over two hours. I’m very satisfied, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors????????

The work was done in a satisfactory manner. It was pricey. More than $1000 for a job that took less than an hour. What really disappoints me is that they would not help at all with reprogramming the old remotes and Homelink on my car beyond saying to try standard reprogramming instructions, which I had already tried multiple times. They would only have me buy their extra remotes. YouTube tells me I need an adapter for Homelink for the current model of the garage opener they installed. Precision would not even tell me that. The technician said he would have his manager call me. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager. This is poor service!

We needed new openers installed. Brandon was an amazing technician. We hire a company for their skill, knowledge and customer support he did not disappoint. We had a few cracked hinges from age, which he also replaced. Great service, fast response and so far we love the new product.

I called Precision today to get my garage door spring replaced. They were able to send someone out today to evaluate the problem. Brandon was courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the issues and how each part was functioning and how they should function. I agreed to have the necessary repairs completed. Wow!...called last night and they were here at 8 this morning. Robert Taylor was very helpful in explaining the issues we had with our main garage door. Lots of little things and some parts replaced and Wow! again. It works smoothly and quieter than before. They use high quality replacement parts that Robert replaced. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received. We will be sure to use them again if we need service for our garage door.

We had an emergent need. A spring broke and we couldn't even manually open our door to go to work. We called and were promised a technician between 2 and 4 the same day. Brandon was able to get there sooner than that and was able to get our garage door up and running! He found some impending issues as well and mitigated them. He also showed us how to do appropriate maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He explained everything well and we were very happy with the service we received!
