I was in a pinch cause my door was off track. I called the first number I saw on Google and this company popped up. They immediately dispatched someone to our home. Ahmed Elmenawy Arrived and looked everything over and was patient and honest. I was taken back by his genuine demeanor kindness and honesty. You don’t get that nowadays. He gave us 3 options and explained everything in complete transparency. We could only afford for him to get the door rolled down. However in the future (when I get money to get it fixed 100%) we will request Ahmed with this company. Thank you my man!

Nathaniel was very professional and explained that we that our noisy issue was not the garage door opener, but the 27yr old parts and the wrong size spring (prior quick fix) that was the cause. we now have quiet garage door and saved money too.

We had an emergent need. A spring broke and we couldn't even manually open our door to go to work. We called and were promised a technician between 2 and 4 the same day. Brandon was able to get there sooner than that and was able to get our garage door up and running! He found some impending issues as well and mitigated them. He also showed us how to do appropriate maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He explained everything well and we were very happy with the service we received!

We were very impressed with the service that Brandon Taylor gave us when he came to fix our garage door opener. He was on time and very polite.He was extremely knowledgeable about what we needed and wanted in a garage door opener. Brandon was very helpful and patient with us in making a decision on which one we wanted. He was thoughtful of our decision and helpful in making our choice. Brandon took time to show us how everything works and answered all of our questions so we understood it. We would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Brandon of course! Average at best. I like that the springs are powder coated, but your price on two spring replacements was the highest I received. I decided to use your company because of how you advertise a "longer lasting spring". Then I find out you not only charge the most for your springs/installation, you also charge a "service fee". Then to top it off, you don't offer a complimentary tune up like your competition does. You tried to charge me for a tune up. Finally as expected, your tech tried to up sell me from a $458 dollar repair to replace two springs to a $950+ repair. Now I feel my garage door springs aren't adjusted properly because my motor sounds like its struggling to operate properly. Never had that problem even with a broken spring. I think next time, I'll just buy the parts from you and have someone else install them.
