Precision Garage Door (PGD) did a fantastic job! I was just ready to leave for the weekend, car packed, keys in hand…then the garage door wouldn’t open. Yikes! Broken spring! Because I’d seen many of PGD’s TV ads, I went to their website and made the earliest appointment online-very easy to do. I called the PGD office to see if I couldn’t get a technician earlier and Travis, the technician, arrived about an hour earlier than scheduled! He proceeded to make the needed repairs and I was on my way in two hours. Door is way better than it was and very happy with the whole experience.

I saw the commercials on TV and contacted the company, they came very quickly. I am going to explain why I gave this rating. First, Ahmed Elemenawy was very good at showing what needed to be done, gave me 3 options of service and when completed, the job was well done. The second part was regarding his conversation with me. We were discussing the repair and the conversation turned and was inappropriate, and disrespectful.

Travis carefully gave me every scenario of what my garage door needed and I let him do what was needed and I didn’t have a problem with the cost because he said it will last a long time now, even though it’s guaranteed for a year. He said it’ll probably go 20 years. I just needed to pick a good company because couldn’t have fixed this door anyway, and the reviews were very good plus I did recognize one employee I knew when he was a younger man. And if Travis has trained several employees then that makes a great company. Thank you again Travis and precision garage door you have a great employee. Now I have the required two springs instead of one. And new cables bottom wheels, and some new bearings. hooray the door works so good now.

I was in a pinch cause my door was off track. I called the first number I saw on Google and this company popped up. They immediately dispatched someone to our home. Ahmed Elmenawy Arrived and looked everything over and was patient and honest. I was taken back by his genuine demeanor kindness and honesty. You don’t get that nowadays. He gave us 3 options and explained everything in complete transparency. We could only afford for him to get the door rolled down. We had an emergent need. A spring broke and we couldn't even manually open our door to go to work. We called and were promised a technician between 2 and 4 the same day. Brandon was able to get there sooner than that and was able to get our garage door up and running! He found some impending issues as well and mitigated them. He also showed us how to do appropriate maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He explained everything well and we were very happy with the service we received!

Average at best. I like that the springs are powder coated, but your price on two spring replacements was the highest I received. I decided to use your company because of how you advertise a "longer lasting spring". Then I find out you not only charge the most for your springs/installation, you also charge a "service fee". Then to top it off, you don't offer a complimentary tune up like your competition does. You tried to charge me for a tune up. Finally as expected, your tech tried to up sell me from a $458 dollar repair to replace two springs to a $950+ repair. Now I feel my garage door springs aren't adjusted properly because my motor sounds like its struggling to operate properly. Never had that problem even with a broken spring. I think next time, I'll just buy the parts from you and have someone else install them.
