I called Precision Garage Door to fix what I thought was a broken door opener remote. When the technician, Ersell Williams, looked at my system, he saw that there was more wrong than just the remote. He was very professional and showed me the broken/worn parts of my 27 year old garage door opener. There was no doubt that it needed to be replaced. He then showed me several options to replace the system, what each option would consist of, and their prices. He came back the next day to install my new system and I'm very pleased with it. Ersell was knowledgable, fast, and very professional. I highly recommend this company.

This company did a wonderful job to fix our garage opening issues. It needs a new censor and technician Freddy Cespedes has those with him and was able to install very quickly. They were able to help on same day call.

I had come home and the garage would only open 1inch and its going into a 3 day weekend. Help!! Called Precision Garage Doors and was able to get an appointment scheduled for the same day in a few hours. Andrey called me before my scheduled time, which I was thankful for since it was later in the day, and was over in 30 mins. After showing me that cables came off spring broke ect.. He would be able to replace them at this appointment. Hooray. Now looking at my old motor, we decided to replace that at the same time. Andrey helped program the opener for my car and on the outside of the garage, bonus. My garage opens nice and quietly, and now will be able to have packages left in my garage from delivery companies. I am very satisfied with the Precision Garage Door, Andrey and my opener, and to think this happened going into Memorial Day Weekend and it was all taken care of in 1 phone call same day.

We had an emergent need. A spring broke and we couldn't even manually open our door to go to work. We called and were promised a technician between 2 and 4 the same day. Brandon was able to get there sooner than that and was able to get our garage door up and running! He found some impending issues as well and mitigated them. He also showed us how to do appropriate maintenance to keep things running smoothly. He explained everything well and we were very happy with the service we received!

We had Technician Andry come out to reprogram our garage door panel. We had called first another company and they were very dismissive about our issue saying “that can’t be done you need to remove the panel and buy a universal one then it will work”. Well NO ,we called Precision and he came out explained how to do it , did it for me and was wonderful, professional and informative and very helpful and pleasant to speak with took him less than 10 minutes. Also said if any issues give him a call. We will definitely keep this number handy and ask for this same technician. Very happy.

Today, our garage door hit the compost bin and one side came off the track, It was hanging 3/4 of the way down and we couldn't open or close it. I didn't know who to call but found Precision online. The person who answered the phone said the technicians could come between 4:30-8:30 this afternoon. She said they would call if they finished their work and could come earlier. As soon as I hung up, I received email confirmation of everything she had told me. The technicians Andrey and Ersell, did call that they could come earlier and arrived a little before 4:00. They inspected the door and then told us exactly what was needed and how much it would cost. When they finished, they asked me when the last time we had the garage door opener system serviced. I answered never! We had installed it in 2005. Ersell explained that although the motor and the door seemed to be fine, other parts like the springs, roller, bearings and cables were worn out and badly needed replacement. They showed us where the problems were and said that replacing those parts would keep the motor running longer because now it was straining to lift the door. When I asked the cost, Andrey calculated it and said they could stay and complete the job in an hour or so if we wanted to do it. We decided to go ahead and get the repairs done now. They finished in the time they said they would, showed us each part they replaced, and did not charge us for the original repair. They gave us a 3-year guarantee. We were very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. They never pressured us to do anything, but instead, patiently explained the problems and options. They were also very pleasant and polite. I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to others. They were great!

My daughter comes in late Thursday night, only to find the garage door wouldn’t come up. I find the Torsion Spring to have snapped. The weight of a 16ft insulated door has my cars held captive, so I know what I’ll be doing first thing in the morning. I call the company I purchased the door from, and their earliest was MAYBE Saturday, but Monday for sure. I then contacted Precision Door Service at 8:30a and was slotted for 10a-2p. Andrey Brodskiy calls me at 9:38a and arrives at 10a. He inspects the door, explains other noticed issues and suggest additional considerations. My bearings, cables, drums, and springs were replaced and Andrey was done at 10:55a. Though I was thoroughly satisfied with the timeliness and service, and even more impressed with Andrey. In addition to giving service with a smile, he’s an engaging young man and he ACTUALLY works. He reminds me of my own son, these qualities are rare in this generation. I called Precision Door because my garage door would only open about 1-1/2 feet off the ground and then would stop. I had just had the springs replaced not long ago and a support bar put on the inside of the door since it was starting to crack in one spot. The girl who answered the phone was kind of short and not the friendliest so I wasn't sure if I wanted to use this company or not. But they were were able to come out the following day so I took a chance. Boy was I glad I did! I got two services techs. Tatylor Brandon and Williams Ersell showed up. They not only showed up but called me in advance as I was told they would, and they were able to come sooner than expected. After just a few minutes of looking at my door they knew what was wrong. The springs that were installed were the wrong size for the added weight of the support bar and the insulation that we had added. These two guys were AMAZING. They took the time to show me how they could tell it was wrong, they replaced the bearings and showed me the difference between the old and new ones, they showed me where things were rubbing and they were very professional, friendly and quick. I wasn't happy about having to pay for something that I just did, but I was very happy with the service, honesty and friendliness of these two. Thank you for sending such wonderful guys to assist in fixing my door. Your company truly is lucky to have such great employees as these two. I will be recommending your company in the future and using you again if needed because of the service I got this time.

Hello, My name is Diane and I had some of the best customer service ever!!! My garage door broke yesterday, when I got home from work!!! Friday night , and I'm stuck at home, because we couldn't manually open the garage door to pull my car out I jumped online and in started making calls. I had actually scheduled an appointment with a different company, but when I hung up with them, I didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling! So I decided to keep looking, and my next call was PRECISION. When I hung up with them, and then received an email confirmation and she said they will call if they are running ahead of schedule....PERFECT!! Well lucky me, they were running ahead of schedule!! Andrey & Resell were the DYNAMIC DUO!! Excellent customer service! Very knowledgable, in explaining what happened and what he RECOMMENDS!! NO PRESSURE!!
