Paul was very nice and knowledgeable about why my new 5 day old garage door would not close. It became an emergency and he was here within 30 minutes after I made 2 calls to Precision Garage Door. He said that the sensors weren't aligned correctly. The door would close within about 6 inches and then pull back up and a message would appear saying that there is a "sensor obstruction". He adjusted the sensors and said that should fix it.

Paul Brinkman did a great service job with our new garage door that started to squeak really bad. They were able to fit us in the same day, Paul came within his window, and took his time to make sure we were satisfied with the service!

Paul was awesome! His response time was perfect and explained the job and did an excellent job! Not only did he repair our original issue, but suggested a couple of additional repairs, which I gladly appreciated and accepted. I called, talked to a real person, made a next-day appointment. The service technician arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and professional. We thought our old garage door opener was pretty quiet; the new one is even better.

Our garage door sounded funny opening and two days later wouldn't open. We called Precision and Phil came quickly and fixed everything. Works perfectly and sounds much better now. I highly recommend Precision for garage door repair.

Paul Brinkman came to our house the same day we requested service and did a fantastic job repairing our garage door. One problem was pretty clear but in his review, he identified two other issues. He fixed all three in a timely fashion. Paul explained to me what happened and what he did, and guided me on what to expect with the garage door a few years down the road. Thank you for the great work and service, Paul!

I called in the afternoon to have someone service the garage door as it did not close flush to the ground & left a 3” open gap. Precision Garage said to expect a tech 6:30-10:00pm. Paul Brinkman came at 7:00 and reset the garage door opener motor in minutes. Service with a smile!

Paul was friendly and competent. Also the lady who booked my appointment late on a Friday (10/29) for the next day (today 10/30/2021) was also nice to work with but I don't know her name.

Paul was a true professional. He explained all the details of the garage and how to operate the new system. He did not try to oversell anything, just listened to my needs and was patient with my questions. He called ahead of time to let me know an estimate of when he would finish up his previous job to give me a time frame of when to expect him. It was a great experience!

Work was done well. For garage door cables, charged 15 times what I found they cost at Lowes. Not great for retired folks.
