Had a problem with garage door not closing sometimes. Paul Brinkman came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Second time Paul has been out to our house. Very courteous, and professional. He made some recommendations for future work. We will definitely as for Paul when we schedule these items. Would highly recommend.

Paul was superb! When he arrived he quickly assessed the situation and came up with 3 options for me to decided on. Ran into some unforeseen issues along the way but Paul was committed to finish the job even if it took extra time (double)without charging me extra. It was also late at night so I really appreciated that he made sure it was done so that I wouldn’t have to worry for the next day. Very nice guy to chat with too ! Thanks again!!!

Today on 09/17/2021 we had an unexpected accident with our garage door. Technician Paul Brinkman communicated with us clearly, arrived on time and professionally repaired our garage door. He also installed full set of new rollers. We are very satisfied with Paul's work, and highly recommend him.

Average at best. I like that the springs are powder coated, but your price on two spring replacements was the highest I received. I decided to use your company because of how you advertise a "longer lasting spring". Then I find out you not only charge the most for your springs/installation, you also charge a "service fee". Then to top it off, you don't offer a complimentary tune up like your competition does. You tried to charge me for a tune up. Finally as expected, your tech tried to up sell me from a $458 dollar repair to replace two springs to a $950+ repair. Now I feel my garage door springs aren't adjusted properly because my motor sounds like its struggling to operate properly. Never had that problem even with a broken spring. I think next time, I'll just buy the parts from you and have someone else install them.

What on the Internet and found your website. I made an appointment for the following day and I was quoted would cost approximately $119 to have the spring replaced and And $45 for the service charge. The technician came and quoted me Over $500 Dollars plus to have replace two bearings, plus the spring I know bearing Do not cost $150 each. Technician was here for a less than an hour

I received a phone call from the general manager and I was pleasantly surprised that he was concerned about my situation with my garage door and offered me a refund for charges where on my bill. I was so pleasantly surprised that I receive a refund for my garage door repair this shows real class in my opinion. I highly recommend anybody who needs to get their garage door fixed to talk to this company. They really care about what people think of their company.

***ZERO STARS***** Do NOT use this company. RUN AWAY! They are liars, cheaters, and thieves. They tried to take advantage of me. They tried charging me $1100 for parts that weren’t broken! These people make me sick. So disappointed and NOT OK! I got my garage door fixed for $275! I warn you. Do NOT use this company.
