I see Precision's ad on morning TV and, when I needed them, I was able to contact them and speak to someone immediately. An appointment was set up and I was told who my service would be. I immediately was sent an e-mail confirmation with photos of all their techs, just in case the one assigned to me had to be changed. The service tech, Andre, called and was able to get to me sooner than arranged which was great. My problem was fixed and I am very happy with Precision Door Service. Thank you!

Initially impressed by TV commercials, then impressed how professionally my call was answered. I have used various door companies in the past, but have never been treated as professionally as I was on this first phone contact and by the schedule acknowledgement email that included the name (Andrey) and bio of the person who would be coming to my house. Andrey arrived at the time he said he would and listened patiently to my description of the problem. He surveyed the system and quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a fix and services. He completed all work efficiently and professionally. A good man!!! I will never call anyone else to service my garage door.

Andrey did a good job in repairing my broken Spring on the rolling garage door. Got the job done in couple hours time frame with quality work. He also gave a good advice in replacing some relate hardware to make the door mechanism works smoother and quieter.

The technician was very friendly and after some process of elimination he was able to fix the problem. He was there about 30 minutes. Only a small piece of angle metal was required. The total cost was $259. While I knew the estimate and had agreed to the amount before he started the work. I was surprised the fix was so simple (new piece of angle metal and tightening the spring) that the cost was so high. $250 for 30 minutes of labor seems high to me. Oh well, live and learn.

Arrived on time, reviewed the need for repair and presented options. Completed the work then and there! in a timely way. Noticeable reduction in garage door noise when moving.
