For Andrey ( I'm hoping I'm getting the right person). Thank his and Procession Door for their service and and great employees. Andrey went above and be on what he had to do to do. I gave him the wrong information and called him on his phone and he was very gracious to come back so we could rectify the error I made. I give him 10 stars. He deserves it!

Unfortunately, I paid over $1,500 for a 2 hour job !!! I was NOT told that I could render a cheaper price until AFTER I received their invoice via Email which showed different tiers for warranty !!! I don’t think I will EVER use their service in the future, nor will I ever recommend them for ANYTHING !!! I was satisfied with actual service, but NOT with the silent treatment about the expensive springs - $300 each !! Initially, the tech offered a one year warranty for his service, which I denied. I didn’t know he was going to soak me for an extra $500 for my requested 3 year warranty !!! I don’t like being given a “silent treatment” nor “bait & switch”.

My overall experience was terrific. I called Precision around 7:00 am and my problem was resolved (spring replacements) by 11. Andrey, the technician arrived early, was very friendly and professional. He gave me some maintenance tips that I could do myself to extend the life of my door. I would have no hesitation recommending Precision for any garage door repairs.

Called this morning, and they scheduled me with a 4-hour window within 1.5 hours of my call. Emailed me the technician and their photo so i could confirm upon arrival. Very pleasant and polite technician. Only downside was the cost, but i guess if you have the expertise to fix what i broke.....it is worth it! I would recommend them any time.

Our service tech Andre arrived early and finished the dual spring/cable/pulley installation in less time estimated. He even took the time to add an extra screw to a roller bracket and show me how to change out the door rollers myself. Consummate professional from start to finish...Highly recommended!

From the phone call, to Andrey leaving my driveway, the process has been very professional and comfortable. Thanks to Heidi getting us on the schedule quickly to allow us to get our car out of the garage, and we were totally impressed with Andrey's skill and personality in getting the door repaired. Our door is over 45 years old with no previous maintenance except lubrication and seals, and we very much accepted his recommendation to replace all the springs, bearings and rollers. it now works very well, and my only complaint is that I now need to buy a barbell as I have lost my morning weight lifting routine. I see Precision's ad on morning TV and, when I needed them, I was able to contact them and speak to someone immediately. An appointment was set up and I was told who my service would be. I immediately was sent an e-mail confirmation with photos of all their techs, just in case the one assigned to me had to be changed.
