The problem I called about was related to miss aligned sensors. However the tech noticed a major issue that required a brace and a worn belt that was about to fail. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his pointing out the other 2 issues. He was also efficient in the way he performed the repairs.

My springs broke on a Saturday. On Sunday. Ahmed was here to get my door working again. He very patiently explained how my door and opener worked and what type of maintenance I should do on my own to help keep it working. That was before he even provided me with a series of estimates, which were very easy to understand. I definitely learned more about garage doors than ever before. I felt like I got my money's worth from Precision and will be a customer for as long as I own my home.

I did write a review for my work performed today. I went back to read it, and it disappeared. I’ll try this one more time. Patrick L was the technician who came to my home. My car was held hostage in my garage because the garage door would not open. Patrick, checked it out very thoroughly. He replaced a lot of parts, did a lot of work, and it’s magic. It’s just like a brand new garage door. There’s only one more thing I might need done in either two, two, or two, to quote Patrick. When it’s time for any work, I will call your company back and definitely ask for Patrick L to help me again. Very kind and knowledgeable, professional, quick worker, I would give him more than five stars if there were more than five stars available. Thank you so much for helping me out. He agreed after checking all the opener parts, that it needed to be replaced. He also replaced everything in the rails as they were bad too. We purchased our “new home” recently. Today we had the pleasure of having Ahmed Elmenawy from Precision Garage Doors service our 30 year old garage doors that had not been maintained properly for many years. Ahmed was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient with our many questions and concerns. He explained several options and gave us his no pressure recommendation. My husband has seen advertisement on TV. Saturday planning trip to Apple Hill. Pulled car out of garage, and door stuck half opened when closing. Called Precision and dispatch set window tech btwn 12:30-4:30pm. Nathaniel showed up around 2:30pm. Excellent Service, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable about what the problem (cable snapped etc). Technician was prompt and courteous and got right to the diagnostic assessment and presented me with repair and replace estimates. I admit I had a moment of sticker shock with the amount of the estimate but I got over it and affirmed the cost and he was diligent and efficient as he proceeded to fix my broken spring and pulley cables

Saturday service is why I phoned. I saw the ads on TV. Antonio did a fantastic job repairing and replacing the items that needed to be replaced. He replaced bearings and springs as well as the opener itself. The cost breakdown was not given in writing. Antonio did say what the costs of the springs and door opener was up front. And when he found that the bearings needed replaced, he mentioned to my husband $100 each for bearings. There were three. I thought your prices were high, but I did appreciate how fast the door was repaired. I did print a coupon I found on your website that was applied to the bill (at least I think so).

My Dad has seen their ads on TV and felt they were reputable. We did some basic review checking, and all the results were positive. We called on a Sunday! They had a live person answering the call, and we had an appointment the following day. The technician, Nicholas Schwinger, called first thing and arrived on time (actually early, impressive). He was knowledgeable and thorough. He listened to our concerns, and after checking the system, he made his recommendations. He walked us through his suggestions, making sure we understood what he was saying and why it was important. Within two hours, we had a new motor, new wheels, and basically everything new (our system was 15 years old). Nicholas's work exceeded our expectations. We felt we were in good hands and appreciated the quality of work and products used.

Patrick was very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my concerns and explained why the garage door opener was making very strange noises. He provided a quote and then proceeded to complete the work during the visit. He called me at 2:15 PM when he was 25 minutes away and was completely done with the work by 6:00 PM. He replaced multiple parts including springs, cables, rollers and opener. I couldn't have been more pleased with Patrick and the quality of his work.

I was quoted $35 for a first time visit on our garage door. When the technician visit he said since we are not moving forward with the service then the visit would be $69. This should be clear over the phone before a visit. He also quoted for a repair $1,800 when every other garage company is charging $500 and under. It was a waste of time and effort. My feedback is that maybe ask for photos over text or email to get a more accurate estimate before a visit and to communicate that with the client.
