I was very satisfied with the service provided by Precision from the start to the finish. What was my emergency became their emergency and they got me on the schedule within four hours of my call. My service was done by Carlos who was professional, friendly and he was very clear about what was needed, recommended and suggested. I would definitely call again if I need repairs to my garage door.

We had a bracket break and called Precision (honestly thanks to your commercials). Brandon was able to come out within an hour of me calling and was FANTASTIC! We have a larger-than-normal 2 car HEAVY custom garage door, and Brandon performed a full inspection, finding and pointing out other brackets that had already cracks in them and how our rollers were dragging in the tracks. Apparently, we should have been performing maintenance twice yearly, but we didn't know. Brandon is VERY passionate about his work and it shows. Next time we need anything for our garage door we'll call Precision and specifically ask for Brandon. Thanks!!!

Travis Behn arrived on time and after explaining the procedure for replacing the broken springs, went right to work. It took a little over an hour to install and check the door's working condition and he was finished. He was easy to talk to and it was a very pleasant experience!

Unfortunately, I paid over $1,500 for a 2 hour job !!! I was NOT told that I could render a cheaper price until AFTER I received their invoice via Email which showed different tiers for warranty !!! I don’t think I will EVER use their service in the future, nor will I ever recommend them for ANYTHING !!! I was satisfied with actual service, but NOT with the silent treatment about the expensive springs - $300 each !! Initially, the tech offered a one year warranty for his service, which I denied. I didn’t know he was going to soak me for an extra $500 for my requested 3 year warranty !!! I don’t like being given a “silent treatment” nor “bait & switch”.

I loved that I could schedule a day/time that works for me. Brandon T arrived on-time, quickly accessed the problem and explained exactly what had happened. He also took the time to show me how to lube hinges and springs as part of regular homeowner maintenance. He did a great job repairing my door and I would recommend this company confidently knowing you’ll get as good service as I did. They are also a 24/7 company and it’s nice to know they’ll come out anytime they’re needed. Call these guys, you won’t be sorry.

Had a problem with my garage door on a Friday night, on website, thought i was leaving message to be contacted Monday, as not an emergency. This was around 11 PM on Friday night when I left message and was immediately contacted. And I was told they work on weekends and no additional charge for it. and was able to schedule someone to come out on my schedule the next day, after 12:30 PM. Travis was the tech that came out , very nice , friendly guy, was able to see problem right away and correctly noticed that nothing had been done maintenance wise (including lubrication) for over 30 years, My cable came off and spring was shot! He advised what I needed to do to get back in working condition and although it was much more than initially expected, but that was because it was not just getting the door back on track, but much more needed to do it right. He also said that although I caused the door to go off track, by putting something in the way of the door, that the condition of the spring and cables, it would have failed very shortly anyhow. We proceeded with the repairs, and the only repair not done, was replacement of all the wheels, (I had 7 new, but very old metal rollers) and Travis suggested that it would be okay , but better if I purchased newer , non metal rollers (sorry, spacing on that name), but I did have him but on new silicon wheels to the front / bottom of door, and after he repaired everything, Travis took the time to show me how to replace the wheels, and how to lubricate what parts need lubrication and how often. He did a great job. Very happy with it. door works better than it has in over 20 years, Highly recommend Travis, Very professional, competent , knowledgeable and easy to get along with. Thank You.

Superb service. My garage door had needed attention for some time. I saw a Precision Garage Door Service ad at 12:30, and by 2:30 the same day, new springs were installed, and the door was operating perfectly! It was not inexpensive, but it was worth every penny to have it fixed so quickly and effectively. The technician, Ahmed Elmenawy was professional, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.

My overall experience was terrific. I called Precision around 7:00 am and my problem was resolved (spring replacements) by 11. Andrey, the technician arrived early, was very friendly and professional. He gave me some maintenance tips that I could do myself to extend the life of my door. I would have no hesitation recommending Precision for any garage door repairs.
