Important note is the pricing for parts. The technician was going to re-install a cable that jumped loose. I wanted to purchase 2 new cables. The price was over $500. The cost to re-install the exiting cable was $140. The amount of work he performed to install the cable was no more than if they were 2 new cables. I would have paid the additional $60 for two new cables ( 5X home depot price). I would also included two spools for at least 4X home depot price. The final cost would have been $250. Instead you sold no parts, and that lost my recommendation and 5 stars.

From the phone call, to Andrey leaving my driveway, the process has been very professional and comfortable. Thanks to Heidi getting us on the schedule quickly to allow us to get our car out of the garage, and we were totally impressed with Andrey's skill and personality in getting the door repaired. Our door is over 45 years old with no previous maintenance except lubrication and seals, and we very much accepted his recommendation to replace all the springs, bearings and rollers. it now works very well, and my only complaint is that I now need to buy a barbell as I have lost my morning weight lifting routine. Arrived on time, reviewed the need for repair and presented options. Completed the work then and there! in a timely way. Noticeable reduction in garage door noise when moving. I chose Precision Garage Door Service because I had seen the advertisement on TV. When my garage door opener suddenly wasn't working I called them first. They arranged service immediately and the technician arrived within 2 hours of my initial phone call. I received a confirmation email immediately with a picture of the service tech, and a confirmation phone call from the service tech letting me know when he would arrive. We both looked over the entire garage door opener system, agreed on the parts that had to be replaced (new opener, cables, automatic opener and more) he let me know how long the repairs and replacements would take to complete and he proceeded and completed everything as promised.The tech was professional, left my garage neat and clean, and I couldn't be happier with the new garage door opener. I see Precision's ad on morning TV and, when I needed them, I was able to contact them and speak to someone immediately. An appointment was set up and I was told who my service would be. I immediately was sent an e-mail confirmation with photos of all their techs, just in case the one assigned to me had to be changed. The service tech, Andre, called and was able to get to me sooner than arranged which was great. My problem was fixed and I am very happy with Precision Door Service. Thank you!

Brandon Taylor was not only early for the appointment, but was very professional and helpful also in programming a remote for my Liftmaster garage door. He not only gave me a 50% discount on the service charge, but also showed me step by step how to program the remote so I could do so if need to in the future. He also checked my garage door and advised me on how to maintain it with a garage door oil spray. He was very friendly and professional. A delight to interact with.

The company commercials made me happy. I liked what they said about safety and commitment to have my service needs met! The first person I met was phone customer service. They worked with me above and beyond. They fit me in when I was sure they would not be able to. The gentleman that arrived was clean, neat, precise and on point. He covered the requirements with ease! He explained to me the situation without making me feel less then. He was able to find and fix the problem within a few minutes time. Better then I could ever do safely on my own. He was able to share with me other things I could do with my garage door that could help in the future. I will be making another appointment to address those issues. Then to make things even better... the company reached out after to make sure I was happy with the services provided!! This company gets zero stars. I called because one of the springs broke. They wasted my time and $69.95 for a worthless service call. The technician said I needed "special" springs and that they were $500 each. He also said he needed to replace the bearings and the rollers for the cables. All told, he quoted me $1500, and he said it would take four days just to get the parts. I then called Sacramento Overhead Door, they were great. They arrived Monday morning, and had the springs I needed. They replaced BOTH springs for $466.

Initially impressed by TV commercials, then impressed how professionally my call was answered. I have used various door companies in the past, but have never been treated as professionally as I was on this first phone contact and by the schedule acknowledgement email that included the name (Andrey) and bio of the person who would be coming to my house. Andrey arrived at the time he said he would and listened patiently to my description of the problem. He surveyed the system and quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended a fix and services. He completed all work efficiently and professionally. A good man!!! I will never call anyone else to service my garage door.

The gentleman who serviced my garage doors was polite, efficient, and helpful. He gave me three choices for service. I selected the one for $1004.88 which included changing all rollers, among other services. He also helped me to program my doors in conjunction with my car, allowing me to utilize that feature after 18 months of owning the vehicle.
