He did a thorough exam of my garage door and advised me accordingly with what he recommended and the cost for each type of service. His work ethic and knowledge was beyond approach. My daughter comes in late Thursday night, only to find the garage door wouldn’t come up. I find the Torsion Spring to have snapped. The weight of a 16ft insulated door has my cars held captive, so I know what I’ll be doing first thing in the morning. I call the company I purchased the door from, and their earliest was MAYBE Saturday, but Monday for sure. I then contacted Precision Door Service at 8:30a and was slotted for 10a-2p. Andrey Brodskiy calls me at 9:38a and arrives at 10a. He inspects the door, explains other noticed issues and suggest additional considerations. My bearings, cables, drums, and springs were replaced and Andrey was done at 10:55a. Though I was thoroughly satisfied with the timeliness and service, and even more impressed with Andrey. In addition to giving service with a smile, he’s an engaging young man and he ACTUALLY works. He reminds me of my own son, these qualities are rare in this generation. Precision Door Service, you have a jewel in Andrey Brodskiy!!!

Precision Garage Door did an amazing job replacing my old opener with a brand new one! Within a couple of hours of my initial call, Brandon was able to get over to my home earlier than expected. He instantly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and laid out all my options. He also made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed before he left. The work was completed in just about an hour. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. The same day service worked out for me perfectly! I called Precision Door because my garage door would only open about 1-1/2 feet off the ground and then would stop. I had just had the springs replaced not long ago and a support bar put on the inside of the door since it was starting to crack in one spot. The girl who answered the phone was kind of short and not the friendliest so I wasn't sure if I wanted to use this company or not. But they were were able to come out the following day so I took a chance. Boy was I glad I did! I got two services techs. Tatylor Brandon and Williams Ersell showed up. They not only showed up but called me in advance as I was told they would, and they were able to come sooner than expected. After just a few minutes of looking at my door they knew what was wrong. The springs that were installed were the wrong size for the added weight of the support bar and the insulation that we had added. These two guys were AMAZING. They took the time to show me how they could tell it was wrong, they replaced the bearings and showed me the difference between the old and new ones, they showed me where things were rubbing and they were very professional, friendly and quick. I wasn't happy about having to pay for something that I just did, but I was very happy with the service, honesty and friendliness of these two. Thank you for sending such wonderful guys to assist in fixing my door. Your company truly is lucky to have such great employees as these two. I will be recommending your company in the future and using you again if needed because of the service I got this time.

Hello, My name is Diane and I had some of the best customer service ever!!! My garage door broke yesterday, when I got home from work!!! Friday night , and I'm stuck at home, because we couldn't manually open the garage door to pull my car out I jumped online and in started making calls. I had actually scheduled an appointment with a different company, but when I hung up with them, I didn't get that warm fuzzy feeling! So I decided to keep looking, and my next call was PRECISION. When I hung up with them, and then received an email confirmation and she said they will call if they are running ahead of schedule....PERFECT!! Well lucky me, they were running ahead of schedule!! Andrey & Resell were the DYNAMIC DUO!! Excellent customer service! Very knowledgable, in explaining what happened and what he RECOMMENDS!! NO PRESSURE!! When he was done, and presented to me all of my options, I didn't hesitate, to move forward. They were quick, made sure if was working properly AND showed me everything they did!! I WAS IMPRESSED!! I called Precision on a Friday @ 11:30 AM. and got an appointment between 2:00 and 6:00 PM same day. We received a call at 2:30 PM from our service technician, Andrey Brodskiy informing he was thirty minutes out. Twenty-five minutes later he arrived. Andrey was amazing. With a smile and great attitude, he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My garage door has never been serviced (30 years), so it needed updating. Excellent Service. Great Tech. Brandon game me a call and told me his ETA. This is very good now that I'm working from home. I need to know when I needed to be excused from my meetings. I tried to open my garage door at 1:15pm on Saturday 12/11/21 and the coil spring broke. I found Precision online and called them at 1:30pm. Andrey called me at 1:45pm and advised he was on his way. After an inspection of the entire system I got a quote and he told me he would be done that same afternoon. We replaced the entire system except for the support rails and the door. Now the door opens with a minimal amount of noise and its obvious that Andrey did a super repair. Thank you!
