On Feb 4th, 2026 I had my liftmaster wall mounted garage door opener upgraded The installer noted the shaft bearings needed replacement and I agreed they were rather loose In addition, the wheels that guided garage door were worn out needed to be replaced. I requested the torsion springs be replaced All the aforementioned were offered as "options" but made sense to address them In addition all the hand held remotes and even my new 2025 Toyota Corolla rearview mirror Remote garage door opener were configured for me at no additional charge I figured at this time installer probably should just move in LOL Results of the new installation was a super quiet door on rollers and easy to lift using the emergency pull down chain. I would have to give "kudos" to liftmaster for their MYQ Model 98022 garage door opener, it was the latest version.

My garage door would not work. I pushed all the buttons but it would not close. I looked at Home Depot and they recommended Precision garage door company. I called and they were able to come in less than 2 hours. They texted me the person’s picture and he called me when he was just a few minutes away. He came, and examined the door and explained what was wrong. Gave me the prices and was able to fix it right then. He showed me how to lubricant my door and cleaned up the site. I was very pleased with the work.

Upon arrival explained what would be involved for the repair and went over the cost and preformed a nice clean installation, made sure everything was working smooth, clean up and hauled away all the bad parts. My name is Cathy and my husband Mike and I are seniors trying to navigate all the expenses flying our way when we experienced trouble with our older Garage door we worried about the expense. We found Precision Garage Door pretty quickly because of their Excellent Reviews so we're adding to their outstanding reputation with the work they did for us today 2/2/26. Technician Caleb showed up early and he immediately began assessing our situation. He listened to what we were experiencing and thinking it was our Garage door opener not our garage door. Another technician showed up Mitchel to lend a hand. Caleb explained everything that was wrong with our old garage door that was preventing our fairly new electric door opener from working properly. We had questions and they had answers and were very knowledgeable and gave us answers and of what parts, options and plans that could work for us. We are grateful for their patience and Caleb came with a Big Smile and a Fully Loaded Parts Truck now that was impressive these days for us! As changes were made we were constantly informed and given any possible discount possible and we appreciated that and their honestly very much. Everything is replaced on our 30 year old garage door because I expressed being worried that remaining old parts could cause problems so now we have replaced all parts to our garage door with high quality parts and believe me there's a Big Difference in quality parts out there!
