Your prices are way out of line. Your guy said our springs weren’t heavy duty enough for our door and the springs came with the door which is 3 years old. All we really needed was a new door opener as ours is very old and he quoted us over $1700.00 for a new door opener. We got a much more reasonable quote for $600 for installation of a new opener that will work just fine. Maybe try not upselling seniors!

He performed an inspection and advised me of the services that needed to be done today to ensure the garage door was operational as we as those recommended for future repairs. My garage door wasn't working and I couldn't fix it so I found Garage Door Precision Service online. They gave me a 4 hour window for later in the day to have someone come out. When the young man arrived he was very nice. He told me what the problem was and that he was going to give it a great solution changing out all of the rollars. We talked the entire time that he was working. He was very professional but also very personable. I am very pleased with the work that he did. If anyone needs a repair, this is the company to call. I know that will be my go to if I ever need help again.

My service provider was Nick. He was friendly, personable and also professional. He explained initially that he was going to do an evaluation and then offer me choices about proceeding. His advice was spot on and we proceeded. His time estimate was also spot on. When the work was completed me he invited me out to see the result. I was amazed at how smoothly and quietly everything worked. I think it was money well spent and Nick was a large part of my appreciation for a job well done.

My garage door broke on a Sunday the guy that came out right away was already trying to upsell me thing I didn’t need. I told him I just need the spring fixed so he gave me a price so I agreed . After waking in and out and back to his truck 5 times he says he doesn’t have the right spring? He had already removed the broken one so again he tried to sell us other springs that were more expensive. We said no thanks so he left and he didn’t put the other spring back and didn’t leave until we paid him the $69.95 fee for coming out and leaving our garage unfinished I will never recommend this company to no one the next guy that came fixed it in 15 for a set price and didn’t try to upsell us stuff we didn’t need bad experience with this company be careful

We have had a "precarious" garage door for a number of years and contacted Precision to come to evaluate it. The problem I called about was related to miss aligned sensors. However the tech noticed a major issue that required a brace and a worn belt that was about to fail. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated his pointing out the other 2 issues. He was also efficient in the way he performed the repairs.
