The technician was very professional. He showed up ahead of schedule on a Sunday morning! He explained everything perfectly and made time to answer all of our questions. We originally called another company and both times their technician was a no show! I wanted to give that other company a chance, but after two no shows, we moved on. So glad we called Precision Garage Door of Sacramento!

The guys from Precision Garage Door were great. They arrived at my house at the time indicated. They evaluated my garage door and provided an estimate. No pressure at all. After discussing the estimate, we decided to have the garage door repaired. The repairs took about 1-2 hours as we were advised. The service was great and the Tech were even better.

Mitch was servicing a neighbor’s garage door when I walked over to ask him about mine. My remote controls were not usually working, and I wanted to get them fixed. When he finished his first job, he came right over and inspected my door. It turned out that my garage door was in need of more than a change of battery. The wheels were partially off their tracks and the springs had weakened. Mitch was able to fix everything that afternoon by installing a stronger motor, springs, and wheels as well as a new outside remote. Everything now works, and it’s much quieter. I learned a lot about how those pieces work. Thank you, Mitch, for your patience and expertise.

I was sold unnecessary fixes. And when the changes did not resolve the problem, I was told that I had not described the problem correctly. That was clearly false. This business is unethical and I advise against calling them to your house.

Caleb Winchester and Miles did an excellent job fixing our garage door. Garage door broke 3pm Saturday. Fixed by 9:30am Sunday. I am impressed by the service offered by Precision starting with my call for help. Caleb called 30 minutes in advance, as promised. I was able to track his truck as he drove for the repair.

Our garage door hadn't worked in several months; the cable came undone and we were manually lifting it each time. I was able to set a Saturday appointment which meant I didn't have to take time off work. He showed up within the appointment window and was able to complete the full job even though we added a service - we replaced the spring as well. For the cable fix, it cost about $350 and the spring replacement was another $400. Antonio was not only fast but he was very nice!

Incredible service! The door broke and was completely jammed. They came over to the house in a few hours and fixed everything. It actually works better than it did originally! The technician Mitchell Conner is the ultimate professional. This door is 16 by 10, larger and heavier than most. He proceeded to quickly fix it like it was routine. He explained everything and made some adjustments to help prevent any future issues. So impressed with the total experience.

I was very impressed with Andrey and Ron. They showed up with everything they needed for the install the first time they laid eyes on my house. they did an A+ job of replacing my door openers, springs, cables and pulleys. The new setup is amazingly quiet and hassles free. They were professional the entire time and were a pleasure to work with. It was a bit pricey but I was glad to have it done quickly and with high quality.

Precision really bailed me out of problem. I called at 10:00 am and they were able to schedule a same day repair at 2:00 pm, but even better, the service technician called back at 11:15 am and was here repairing the door at about 11:30–took two hours to fix. Thanks to Manny of Precision!
