Brandon Taylor serviced our garage door today, 5/29/25. It was very noisy due to our lack of lubricating the door. Brandon was friendly, professional and explained 3 options that we could do to correct our issue. He was thorough and was very pleasant to work with and we will definitely request him again, but hopefully we are good to go! Brandon showed up the parts he was replacing and then taught me how to lubricate the door every 6 months. I could tell that Brandon does not consider this a job, but a calling.

i was taken financial advantage of ! technician replaced 2 sensors $435.00 technician quoted $2,100 for new unit just bought Costco’s new garage opener for $214.00 has battery backup, 1 1/4hp belt drive, camera and video key pad for the phone. i don’t mind paying for quality service but this was just wrong! going to have another company install new unit….what a waste !

My Technician was Nathaniel and he arrived within two hours of my phone call. Nathaniel was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. We had a new garage door opener replaced two months ago by Precision Garage Door. We were very happy with our service at that time. Then, we had a little problem with our opener and were able to receive service in a very timely manner. John arrived at our house and went above and beyond to help us. He first diagnosed what was causing the problems. Then, he helped us set up the app on our phones to improve the efficiency of this opener. All of this was completed in a patient and confident manner. John obviously is knowledgeable about his products, but was willing to extend our knowledge to maximize the value of the opener. We are thrilled with this service.

This is the second time we have used Precision Door. This time we needed the opener reinforced bracket kit. Our door and opener are over 26 years old, so I was not sure about replacement parts. The work was done quickly, but it was a very big market in cost and service. The exact same part at Home Depot was $31.98. The service time was approximately 20 mins start to finish, and the total cost was 7 times as much. They have great service, but you are also paying a premium price for that service.

Brian gave me several options in repairing my garage door and explained thoroughly what work was entailed. My garage door opener was broken and Nick came out to take a look at it. I need a new opener and rollers. Nick had everything on his truck and had it done in under the time he said it would take. Nick went over everything from top to bottom on the options on the new opener. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I needed a company that could come out the very day. I called them because it was an emergency for me and they were able to do that. Once here, Ahmed assessed the problem advise me what the problem was and what it was he had to do to fix it. It was way beyond what I understood, but he took the time to do it. He didn’t rush and he didn’t rush me overall just very knowledgeable and willing to do what it took to fix the issue.

The screws of the hinge securing the garage door to the upper railing had come off, not allowing proper functioning of the door. I had dealt with a previous company on 2 other occasions who must have missed that there was only 1 screw where there should have been 4 screws. Andrey Brodskiy was very prompt in coming and replacing the screws. My only complaint was $120 for adding 3 screws and was expecting it to cost around $70 which would have been steep but reasonable. He was professional and offered a prompt service.
