The technician was really great. I'm sorry I don't have his name. He called, gave me a heads up, he was early and in his way. He was business like, and friendly too. It was so interesting and terrific that he loves this work. He explained things to me so carefully, he fixed something that he thought needed a little more attention, told me what that specific problem was, even though it was not an obvious issue when he gave me the estimate. It was great that he took the time and energy to do a thorough job, and to mitigate a potential problem in the future. Everything works fine now.

The technician was very friendly and after some process of elimination he was able to fix the problem. He was there about 30 minutes. Only a small piece of angle metal was required. The total cost was $259. While I knew the estimate and had agreed to the amount before he started the work. I was surprised the fix was so simple (new piece of angle metal and tightening the spring) that the cost was so high. $250 for 30 minutes of labor seems high to me. Oh well, live and learn.

I needed a garage door repair. My son recommended Precision Garage Door. He used them about a month ago in the Bay Area and was extremely satisfied. I called Ersell Williams came the very next day. He was courteous, friendly and knew what he was doing. He installed new, springs, rollers, garage door opener along with servicing everything in a little over two hours. I’m very satisfied, and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors????????

Ersell was very professional and courteous, to both me and my wife. We had requested a probable small electrical problem, which Ersell repaired and improved, and then he pointed out more serious mechanical issues with the door springs. He gave us options to make those repairs and we selected one. He undertook that repair right away, and the door now works perfectly. He clearly tinkered with the whole mechanism (including lubrication) until it worked correctly.

The work was done in a satisfactory manner. It was pricey. More than $1000 for a job that took less than an hour. What really disappoints me is that they would not help at all with reprogramming the old remotes and Homelink on my car beyond saying to try standard reprogramming instructions, which I had already tried multiple times. They would only have me buy their extra remotes. YouTube tells me I need an adapter for Homelink for the current model of the garage opener they installed. Precision would not even tell me that. The technician said he would have his manager call me. I’m still waiting for a call from the manager. This is poor service!

Ersell came out to fix and adjust my garage door opener which was out of alignment and needed the limiters adjusted. This caused the door to begin sagging when open. The door made terrible noises and was jumping in it's track. Ersell knew right away and diagnosed the issue corrected it and showed me the issue I was having. Ersell could not have been more engaged and thorough. It was a pleasure to have a service tech that was dedicated to repairing and solving my issue. Precision is my new door company!!
