The gentleman who serviced my garage doors was polite, efficient, and helpful. He gave me three choices for service. I selected the one for $1004.88 which included changing all rollers, among other services. He also helped me to program my doors in conjunction with my car, allowing me to utilize that feature after 18 months of owning the vehicle. This company is ridiculously overpriced. My husband is a contractor and immediately knew 1800+ to replace a spring was a rip-off. We can get a whole new door for that. The technician was nice but what a waste of $70 for a service call to find out these guys are scammers
